She hurried back to her dorm, calling the studio to confirm her appointment. She had to get all of her outfits packed up and wash the smell of chemicals off of her. It was going to be a long night but at least she would enjoy the end half of it.

-----

Akinari had to stop by the shop once more. He liked the little shop and the shop owners probably liked him as well considering how much money he dropped into it. In needed to pick up a few things to give his athletic friend energy. After acquiring a few boxes full of ingredients he made it back to his dorm room, peaking over the stack to figure out where he was going.

He started to prepare the meat that was said to increase the energy one had, he had to make quite a lot to stuff inside of rolls and rice. The fruits and vegetables could come later. He spent a great deal of time making sure the meat was just right and that the sauce reached the appropriate thickness. After he was finished with the first half of cooking he went straight to work on his homework.

Completing everything to the best of his ability he went down to the common room where he was told to wait. And so he did, playing with a kendama to pass the time.

Hikaru sat back in the comfortable seat, looking over the interior of the new vehicle while Takuya drove. "He's very popular with both students and faculty--his father is a very important investor for companies European and Japanese alike..." She gave a soft noise of excitement, smiling brightly, "What a nice car! Is it American?!" The girl ran her hand appreciatively over the dashboard and then quickly withdrew it, not wanting to touch someone else's property so disrespectfully.

Yamada was very surprised by the boy's sudden departure, but just headed to his room to do an assignment, then went for his cram school, worrying over having a talk with Seiya about what went on with Mori that day. It continued to bother him and he wished that it didn't. He was now prepared and began his stroll to cram school.

Takuya smirked at Seiya's excitement. The way she pulled her hands back as if she would break or smudge the dash board. He steadily pulled out of his parking space, but as soon as he had room, he pressed the gas and sent the car speeding forward. He joyed showing off, so why not?

He was sure what students left on campus would hear him roaring by.

"Don't worry, Seiya-san, I will make sure you're not too late to your lesson."

----

Once he was free of cleaning detail, Kojiro decided he had to to research if Isoroku was really going to drag him tot he train station tomorrow. So instead of heading strait to his dorm, he headed to the nearest corner store and purchased a news paper. Seiya said the last girl who went died....and before that the gossipers were talking about a group of students that got hurt. He did not want to end up like them.

He was going to come prepared for what ever it was this 'ghost train' did to people.

Hikaru gasped when he accelerated, clutching unnecessarily at the edge of her seat. The kindly old man that drove her to and from school never drove particularly quickly, and she wasn't used to sitting in the front seat besides. She felt she was doing something improper, however silly that was, and it both excited and embarrassed her.

"Th-Thank you..."

No one was stopping her from getting to her appointment on time, not even the occasional 'hello'. Though she did stop for long enough to greet them before pushing passed them. Kumiko was in her room for maybe thirty minutes before she ran out of it and hopped into a car with a chauffeur. She was terribly excited to take pictures for the model opportunity. She was going to make love to that camera.

She spent much of her night posing, changing outfits, and being in and out of the make-up room. But she was sure that it would all be worth the time when she saw the final product.

Yamada was heading for the cram school, feeling just a bit lighter than he had before. He was ready to tackle the curriculum completely, and have a few words with Seiya. He wasn't paying much attention to all the things going on in the background as he thought over his day, trying not to wander back to the discrepancies or stupid rumors.

Every one of the thoughts were dashed when he heard a super loud car coming up behind him, and only saw a flash of the occupants, but even just that made him go livid and he wasn't quite sure why. For a moment he didn't even want to go to cram school, but there was no way he was skipping over someone like Takuya Mori. He wondered again if there was any possibility the two of them were dating. The idea greatly disturbed him, as he worried the Student Counsil president may taint her in some way, rub off, but at the same time he convinced himself that there was no way Seiya could change that greatly. He wasn't sure he'd be able to bear two Moris, especially if there was no Seiya to counter act them.

His face turned rather sour as he walked down the street, good mood long gone. Now he mostly just wanted to bury himself in his studies again and ignore all his recent interactions, sure that that would help him succeed and put him in a better mood. A tiny voice in his head disagreed, but he pused it to the back as usual, and walked through the doors of cram school twenty minutes early and started to finish an assignment from class that day.

Takuya was certain he saw Yamada on the sidewalk as his car sped by. He chuckled and turned to Seiya, "I think we just passed Yamada-kohai. Please give him my sincere apologies. If I had known he hadn't left yet, I may have offered him a ride. One would think his daddy would send him a car to take him to and from places..."

He ran his fingers through his hair, he was happy to catch the shocked look on Yamada in his rear view mirror. He would have Seiya to school in no time, and still have plenty of time torture Fridmund. He sniffed and made a face, if anything that freshman's attempt to annoy him only worked in passing.

The idiot had used so much bleach on those few tiles that the smell lingered on Takuya, and all he did was sit in the room...

"Oh!" Hikaru turned in her seat to look back the way they came, "I thought he would've beaten me there... We go to the same place, and yet I never thought to ask if he wanted to walk together. Hm." She nibbled a bit at a fingernail thoughtfully, wondering about asking him tomorrow.

She coughed slightly and then realized what was tickling her nose. Something smelled like bleach... Uh oh. The cleaning she'd done. It was probably her clothing. She sunk into her seat a bit nervously, hoping he didn't notice.

-------

Eber at least did all of the cleaning he was assigned before he left the school building--he didn't want to give the faculty reason to believe the President's story in the morning, nor did he want to sit in a dirty desk. When he was finished he gathered his things and walked across campus to the boys' dorms, coming inside with a jaunty whistle.

Akinari sat in a comfy chair in the dorm's main lobby. He kept craning his neck to glance at the door whenever it opened loud enough for him to hear. There he sat, like an expectant pet awaiting the return of it's owner. Akinari needed more friends, but his over friendly attitude pushed more away than anything else. When he did manage to snag one, he latched onto them like a relative dying of some terminal illness.

The door opened once more and Eber strut inside. Akinari's face lit up. "Eeeber-kun!" he flagged him down.

Takuya pulled up to the cram school and stopped. The car gave a sudden jolt forward, but other than that the ride was smooth. He unlocked the doors, "Here you are Seiya-san. Enjoy your lesson."

---

Kojiro gathered as many old newspapers as he could and made his way back to his dorm room. He set aside his home work for now and laid out the papers to see if he could pick up anything about the attacks at the train station. He regret not getting Isoroku's phone number so he could talk to him about it. "I guess I'll review with him tomorrow before class..." He took out a pair of scissors and began cutting out any articles that mentioned the old train station.

Hikaru gripped the seat again at the abrupt stop and gathered her things quickly. She got out of the car and leaned in the doorway for a moment, wanting to say something but also half expecting him to be the one to speak; after a pause she nods. "Thank you for driving me. I'll see you tomorrow." She closes the door behind herself and watches him leave before going inside to her seat in class.

--------

Eber grinned when he saw Akinari and came to the sofa, dropping his things in front of it, "Akinari-kun... Do you want to know a secret? I cannot go another moment without telling you."

His eyes widened as if he had already been told what should not be told. He nodded his head earnestly. "Yeah! Tell me! Tell me!" Eber might as well have been dangling a treat above Akinari's head. He gripped his knees to his chest in anticipation.

Yamada came into the cram school class not long after that, having speed walked most of the way. When he came in Seiya was the first thing he noticed. He'd had so many things he'd wanted to say to her on the way there, but now that he was right there sitting down next to her he was left with pretty much nothing at all. He was embarrassed that seeing her in that car had upset him so much after the way the president had treated his class so, for now, he just politely nodded and greeted her. "Good afternoon, Seiya Sempai. It's good to see you." He hoped she didn't mind him sitting next to her again.

Takuya sped away from the cram school. It was a shame that Seiya had to attend. But at least she was willing to admit she couldn't handle the classes alone and sought out extra help. While having to admit she needed a crutch it was better than those pathetic students that would rather struggle along and fail. But Takuya never need extra help. Once in middle school his grandfather tried to make him attend a cram school. After what happened between him and the teacher on the first day, he never went back.

It was almost pleasant to reminisce about his past exploits...except the smell of the bleach was getting stronger. He almost couldn't stand it! He brought his sleeves up to his nose. Nothing. He leaned over and sniffed where Seiya had been. Perhaps she tracked the smell in...She probably helped the juniors clean. He would have to reprimand her about showing such weakness.

But nothing again. Damn it! The smell was coming from in the car but where! The only other thing in the car with him was his bag! And certainly his bag had never ....never....No.

He swerved to the side and slammed on his breaks. Behind him cars blared their horns but he didn't care. He nearly tore the door off its hinges as he opened it to check his bag. As he opened his rear driver side door, he felt a twinge of anger in his eye.

There was a wet spot on his bag... He scooped it up, and saw it was dripping. And the smell...

He dropped the bag on the side of the road and sat back down in the divers seat. He was sure that by the time he got to the school Fridmund would be gone. He felt his lips twitching. The whole car smelled like bleach. It probably wasn't healthy to breath the smell in. He looked into the back seat to see where the bleach had run out onto the floor.

It was definitely ruined. His lips twitched up into a smirk, and of all things he laughed. He just started laughing parked by the side of the road, any passers by must have thought he was listening to a really funny drama CD. But he wasn't. He just leaned forward into the steering wheel and laughed. And after about ten minutes he stopped. He got out of the car again and pulled out his cell, which thankfully had been in his pocket.

He shook his head, today he had misjudged the boldness of Fridmund. But not the stupidity. He pressed nine on his speed dial and waited.

"Hello, Grandfather, I need a new car." He started walking towards the school. "Also, I will need have someone drop off all the information on a foreign student at my school. Why? Well Fridmund Eber and I are going to become the best of friends."

He chuckled. He would not be bored for a long time.

On the contrary, Hikaru looked expectant of it. She pat the seat beside her and smiled, waiting for him to sit before continuing, "Good afternoon, Yamada. I saw you on the way here--If it'd been me driving, I would've stopped for you. Sorry..."

-------

He laughed at the other boy's enthusiasm and leaned down, whispering into Akinari's ear the detailed story of how Mori had slipped out while forcing him to clean and Eber had poured an entire bottle's worth of bleach into his book bag...

Those small gestures calmed him down and he offered her a smile. "Oh, don't worry about that. I prefer to walk to tell the truth." He paused, trying to decide a polite way to bring up the president. "Did Mori Sempai's demeanor improve with the day?" He wondered if the question was rude or not.

"Eber-kun! That's horrible!" he scolded his German friend with a smile still plastered to his face. "I can't say that I condone that, but he was pretty mean." so he just shrugged his shoulders. "Do unto others..."
Akinari suddenly looked terrified. "Wh-what happens when he finds it? Won't he know it was you? Won't you be punished?"

Hikaru frowned, looking somewhat guilty. She'd almost hoped Yamada had forgotten. "...I'm sorry he embarrassed you and your friends at lunch today..."

-------

Eber gave a short, derisive laugh. "And who should care? There is nothing he can do--and he deserves it besides." He looked over his face, brow furrowing slightly, "...You do not appear to agree..."

"Well...well, I...I mean you'll get in trouble. He...he does kind of deserve some sort of punishment. Mori-senpa-...Mori-san abuses his power! How is he supposed to be a proper role model to his kohai when he acts like that?" Akinari stood up, looking like he was to give a motivational speech. "No one does anything to stop him! The entire class just let it happen. Er...well...he is really scary. But, at least you stood up to him right? I really do appreciate that." he rubbed his temples, conflicted. "I guess if the teachers aren't doing anything to stop him, someone has too, right?" he wondered where his moral compass was pointing.
