At home, no. At College, occasionally. One cannot always have access to an HD t.v. when they are in short supply. My roommate for next year has one, though, if I am correct.

I love my SDTV I've had it for around 6 years, longer than any HDTV lifespan I've encountered thus far. I'll move to HD though, when I can afford it.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I do still play SD. I'm a starving college student. I can't afford HD.

sd TV...because i am a cheapskate and i still cannot tell the difference...If i was going to upgrade though i wound probably be tempted by a 120hz screen (120 hz makes it usable as a 3d screen if the glasses are present.

I was forced to buy a new TV when I realized that PS3 wasn't compatible with my old tiny-ass one. It's not a bad thing to spend money on, but I'm definitely not going to be enticed to get a better one for a while for all the new 3D bullshit.

The family invested in a 32" flat screen jobbity a couple of years back, but it's not full-HD. The only console I own is a dust-caked Amiga CD32 anyway. I sometimes watch HD programmes on the PC monitor via youtube and the BBC iplayer.

36 inch SD CRT here and I love it. It'll last me a good many number of years so I see no particular reason to upgrade, though I will admit that HD's do look a little nicer.

Because upgrading to a 36" HDTV isn't that expensive...

Here is a 32" Samsung HD LCD for only $399

HDTVs have been out for years why not upgrade they are not expensive and they do enchance the video game playing experience.

I played on an SDTV till about 2 months ago when I inherited a 32" HDTV. It's amazing, but it ruined my PS2 games, so I have another TV hooked up not far away.

I've heard the component cables can do wonders like on the Wii. Will it be enough of a difference that I can play my PS2 on the HDTV? I'd love to see Metal Gear Solid 3 or Devil May Cry 3 on the bigger screen!
