There's not really an "age" where people start thinking about sex. "Thinking about sex" all depends on the household you grow up in. I never even knew what sex was until I was 11 and watched "the video" in 5th grade. Other children live with the knowledge of it from extremely young ages (not to mention that extremely young children can and do experiment with masturbation).
Once puberty hits and hormones start flying, that's when most teens generally start thinking about it and getting urges. And puberty hits at different ages...I finished my growth spurt and voice changes at 13, and I have a friend who's turning 15 next month and his voice has just started to change. So it's really all relative.
Either way, I'm still a virgin (I'm 18) and I plan on waiting til I get married...so actually engaging in it depends on personal beliefs, morals, and ethics I guess.
