Climbed a door frame once, slipped and smashed my head against it, breaking the skin. Bleeding all over the place, and everyone went O SHI-. I had the wound glued together in the end and it healed nicely.

Another one, elbowed a glass, which shattered, and sliced open the top of my forearm. >_>
Had the anaesthetic injected into the open wound (FFFFUUUUUUUUUUU). Had about 10 stitches, last time I counted. I still have the scar. :p

Oh, and I've kicked my double ingrown toenails many, many times. >_>

I fell down some large stairs when I was 2 or 3 (I don't remember the incident). I busted my skull open or something, but as far as I know there weren't any serious problems.
The worst one I can remember was either when I got into a fight in high school and lost a tooth or when I had a bat thrown at my face.

Holy hell, a lot of the members here have been hit by a car! Including me! Also, I've been stabbed by a 6 inch serated knife, I was cutting open some packaging and slipped on a wet spot in the kitchen, and without thinking, I put my hands down to support my fall and so my leg fell onto the knife. In retrospect I should have gone to the doctor, but I just rubbed the wound with antiseptic and put a bandage on it.

going at 120 kph, route 14, Argentina, from Misiones Provice to Buenos Aires City, I was driving a Megane EX (excellent car btw), suddenly I hit something (don't worry, it was a hole in the road) but it destroyed the front left wheel, so I hit the brakes... and from that momment on I dont remember anything up to the momment I woke up at an emergency unit, where the nurse told me that my car was destroyed and that I appeared at 20 mts from it. I had a broken hand (right one, which took 5 very painful surgeries to repair...not fully functional now) a few broken ribs, blood everywhere, I couldn't see clearly, a terrible pain in my chest, among other things. It took 3 months to recover mobility, and years to recover hand functionality.

The car was totaled, and the insurance paid for it, I was sued by the goverment by causing injuries on myself (yeah I know, it is very stupid), and I was also sued by the field's owner where my car landed, since I ruined part of his crop.

FUNNY FACT: When I woke up at the emergency unit I did these exact things in order:
1 - Noticed right hand being weird, told to myself not to worry, the doctors will fix it
2 - Moved my feets, told to myself "the spine is ok"
3 - Checked my manhood... everything in order, told to myself "time to enjoy nurses".

Age 4: Was pushed off a huge table where I imagined being godzilla or king kong. The fantasy ended when my left arm broke.
Age 14: Slipped on an icy slope I was going down, elbow first. Turns out my right arms was broken at the joint I think.
Age 18 (this year): Managed to misstep so hard I still feel it, even if it was some weeks ago.

All I remember for now.

Only one accident that I can really remember:

In attempting to close window, I actuallt managed to smash my fist and arm(up to the elbow) through the pane - thus cutting open the artery at my wrist. Fortunatly it was cut across, not down, the arm, so I didn't bleed out.

Lucky me!

I broke my ankle on a trampoline and got hit by a car my push bike, and fell off my motorbike 3 times.

Light scaring from the push bike and one of the motor bike accidents, on the same part of my thigh. I came off my motorbike again a week after the first fall (dam ice) and opened all my cuts up again.

Ok, get this. My best friend was hit by a car twice. The same car. In the same hour. On the same roundabout.
Could you expand on this please? It sounds like that drive had it in for him

Got hit by a car once... well, I wouldn't say "hit"... it touched me as it flew by. It was on the wrong side of the road too. I would've noticed it if it had indicated before it turned. I t got me while I was crossing the road in town. Considering the circumstances (I should also add that people were out to get me after I insulted one of their dead friends who also happened to be one of my ... enemies)*, as well as the fact that they briefly stopped and then sped off again, I think it was a hit and run. They wouldn't have hit me if they had stayed on their side of the road. If that wasn't the worst accident in terms of result, it was definitely the worst in terms of intent.

When I was young (like, 3), I fell and hit the back of my head on the fireplace. There's a moderately visible scar there to this day.

* I posted on his memorial Bebo page that I wouldn't just up and forgive him for all the crap he gave me simply because he died in a car accident that could've been prevented. Also, another reason for being annoyed was that he took a girl from our church with him. Basically, I was amused by the fact that they were showering him with all these praises as if he had done no wrong, making him out to be some sort of angel when really he was a giant prick. Because of this, I was targeted. One of my old mates said she was approached by a girl at work asking for my address. I shudder to think what would've happened, but even after indirectly insulting a dead person they shouldn't have reacted that way. Rather silly, tbh.

Me and my girlfriend were on our way back to school after break and we switched drivers at a wendys, as she was pulling out she didn't stop at the stop sign and a Buick smashed into my side doing about 50. Broke my pelvis in 2 places but the girlfriend was alright. I have never been so sore after that. Funny part was i was trying to get some sleep so i put my head against the door frame pillar while thinking in my head, "i wonder if they test for accidents while someone is laying like this". Next second, WHAM.

I once got really hyper, ran around the house shouting, and broke my jaw on something. It was bad...

And another time when I fell through the ice on a lake. Thankfully others were there. But still, almost got hypothermia.

Scariest moment of my life.

Sprained my ankle carrying a gf up a stair. Was off that foot for 2-3 weeks.

Broke my arm attempting a suspended backflip (let go of one ring sooner than the other).

I've not had any broken bones or anything like that. Probably the worst injury I've had is when a modelling knife slipped and went into my hand. It was so sharp I didn't even feel it go in, it was a few seconds until the pain came.

One of my friends however has had a much more serious injury. The brakes on his bike failed when he was going down a hill and he went into a wall. He ruptured his spleen and one of his kidneys and was very lucky that his spleen was not removed afterwards due to the damage.

I've never actually broken a bone in my body. Although when I was much younger I ripped open my top lip when I fell on the edge of the elevated stone patio in my garden.

Some of the worst
1. I got pushed down the slide when I was about 7 years old, breaking my arm. By my brother.

2. I fell off my pony and got dragged along the road, but I now have a pretty decent scar, so that makes up for it, a moon shaped hole in my knee, aged 12.

3. Falling off my horse, then having it land on top of me, my other knee has never been the same again, aged 14.

Nothing traumatic has happened recently. Still horse ride though, bit silly really!

Wow, that sucks man. My Uncle was in a car crash earlier last week.

Can't exactly make it sound all macho but I'll try. When I was five, I had a two story fort in my backyard. One night, me and my friends were in it and it was starting to drizzle. For fear of getting wet we got a plank and placed it on the floor vertically, then placed one of my dad's tarps on top. After they had it put up, I began climbing up the ladder. As soon as I made it to the top... the plank tipped over, hit my head and sent me falling back-first to the brick patio. I hit my head against the ground pretty hard. Even though I fell two stories I walked off with nothing but a bump on my head. Still pretty damed smrt tooo.

EDIT: For the sake of argument our parents were inside. They didn't know we were up in the fort in the first place.

EDIT number too: I slammed the car door on my thumb, went all the way that we had to unlock and open the door. I had to get holes drilled into my thumb to let the blood out. Funny, the reason why we had gone home was because I slipped on something in the parking lot of a Wendy's at a freinds bithday and messed up my knees. The nail came off a good week afterwards. And I never got to hit the pinata...
