Every day is the day I try to shield myself from those one-hit kill smash ball attacks in Brawl. The shield just doesn't cut it against the Falcon Flyer.

I've also many times accidentally picked something up in front on an NPC on Oblivion, then ran right outside so the game autosaves and I have to either reload my last manual save or head for the hills with the law on my ass.

Oh, and I actually believed that Duke Nukem Forever would be released in the previous decade. (2000 - 2009)

I decided to do some close-range sniping, it didn't work out well...
I love doing that, actually, in TF2. And it works out véry well if you're quick enough, more kills than sniping far away, you have Heavies and Soldiers as meat shields, and you're more useful!

Didn't mute everyone with a mike while playing Halo 3 online.

And just when you think they can't call you another racist nickname...

I bought Star Ocean: Till the End Of Time.

'Nuff said.
I kept playing after the series-defining plot twist. That was a mistake. I suppose I was hoping for the evil-anime-God to suddenly come out and reveal the whole "the universe is an MMO" thing to be just a huge mind fuck.
Yes, I had that much trouble believing they'd try to pull of such a retarded plot twist for real. I'm not even a fan of Star Ocean, but I can still see how badly that raped the series.

Didn't transfer to an Oceanic server because of Guild loyalty or some crazy stuff. The guild was mostly dead-end (I would blame the high lack of Australians on the server) due to that, I couldn't kill Ragnaros (or any 40 man raid boss) pre-BC. My brother even had a guild that could 'run' me through it just once to boot.

went out of my way to find all the glyphs in assasins creed 2. wasnt worth the effort.
Also refusing to give up on CoD:WaW on veteran. my gawd. the 2d last level took me about 8-10 hours. and 7 of those hours was in 1 frigging spot.
i also forgot that my gamecube controllers have wires. playing it the other day with friends and pulled the controller, knocked it off the shelf onto the tiled floor... twice...

I guess some of the stupidest things that I've done gamewise are:

1) Bought Empire Earth III .....zzzzzz.....zzzzzzz
2) Kept falling off the level in 'Halo 1' second campaign. The warthogs where so hard to control, they are a bit easier in halo 2 though.

The thing is I'd never played any Star Ocean game until I bought the one I mentioned. I'm a pretty big RPG fan so I assumed I'd like it, in face I've never played an RPG I didn't like, even if I'd never heard of it before. But jesus....

I couldn't be bothered to get past the third world/planet/timezone thingy. It sits on my shelf to this day just in case I want to bore myself but even then I'd rather play Devil May Cry 2.

Well, when your GameBoy says "Please do not turn off your GameBoy until it has finished saving" you'd better damn well believe it.

Four corrupted files later...
