Turns out that Take-Two still holds the publishing rights and rumors have floated around that Gearbox Software has taken the game up, and they say they are going to comment on the situation at Pax Prime 2010.

So it looks like we are getting the game on Christmas day, 2012, the same day as HL2: Episode 3
