Two things 1. Was is the purpose of this law? how many people are going to be affected by this law positively? I mean forget the moral and ethics questions, I mean seriously? Is this actually a problem in Switzerland? Is anyone from Switzerland here? Is this an actual problem in your society or what? Yes I guess an arguement can be made for the children being born to icnestive parents but I dont think marriage will do anything, I doubt doctos refuse to help these parents and insurance, well I dont think the government needs to cave into every need of the people when it constits of about 10 people even. All this law is going to do is make a tiny percentage of the population very happy and encourage many awkward stares from the international community.
And 2. Ok, I dont support this arguement, and I hate the people who make it but you remember those arguements from the anti-gay marriage side saying "If you allow gays to marry, soon you're going to allow people to marry their family members." Well....thank you Switzerland I guess.

Since there is like what 3 cases reported total, I really doubt there would be any problems. Heck it might make people more happy and free. If it's between two consenting adults there should be no law. There is little to no chance of a kid being messed up unless the same line does it for generations.

Clearly you have "Incest legal between consenting parties" with "Everyone has to go have sex with their mum, right now". That is QUITE A LOT DIFFERENT.

Yeah, if someone wanted to bone someone from their immediate family, that would be ODD. But what about cousins? Cousins you barely saw as a child who don't feel like family? Half siblings you didn't meet until you were 20? What is called Incest in Form but NOT in Character. (Form is blood relations, character is people you knew as family). Weirdly, what with incest in character being more actually psychologically damaging and incest in form barely mattering eve IF you had kids, people seem fine with adopted siblings or step parents getting it on. Relatively, anyway.
