phew,it was a loooooong time ago,at one of my friends ps2,dont remember the games name,it was something with time manipulation

you start out the game and constantly shift from the past and back to the present and at the end it turns out that when you shift to the past,that's the present and that the present is the real past

Maybe the ending to MGS1, finding out that not only does Revolver Ocelot really work for the President of the United States, but that the President really engineered the entire incident to make himself look like a dipshit. (or something like that)

The first time was awesome but by the second time I already knew it so it wasn't that surprising. Oh, and I found out that I could have avoided the surprise (a little bit) if I just listened to the audio logs.

Now exactly a plot twist but in World in Conflict when...
You find out that you are authorized to use a nuke to stop the Russians at Cascade Falls. That alone was pretty crazy, but then when Bannon volunteered to stay behind to lure the Russians into the nuke, I felt so bad for hating him the whole game.
