Bridget nodded and pressed her lips together.
"Wait here" she stated before running to the hideout. She burst through the door and saw that Dan was still gone.

She looked around and grabbed a bag, putting clothes and some food in there. Making sure to drop some clothes and make it look like someone had left. Seeing that her clothes were still bloody, she took them off and made a trail of them leading up the stairs where she went to the wall. Seeing that Wolfe had been unable to see her, she took her sword and cut her finger before dropping it and writing on the wall.

Admiring her work for a few seconds, she saw that it was legible and decided she couldn't wait any longer. Applying pressure to her finger while she changed into a green shirt and another black skirt. Seeing that the bleeding had mostly stopped, she ran back to Wolfe and looked at him.
"Ready to go?" she said, hoping Dan would see the sign and follow the trail she was leaving him with her bloody footprints.
Why am I so indecisive?

 

[Amzer]

"I'm not going to lie. Getting out of here will be difficult...But, yes. Especially with the Outcasts here...They probably have entire base set up near the route I had planned to take."
He waited for Bridget, and started walking, walking to the East.
I wonder what she did...Probably left a note in her own blood for Dan...So says the cut in her finger...

Bridget followed, covering her hand with her sleeve and taking Wolfe's hand with the other one.
Does he know?
She smiled up at him.
"So where exactly are we going?" she asked him

 

[Amzer]

"Well, a bit of Nostalgia first...Then I figured we would keep heading East. The city is far too dangerous at this rate, if we get another faction here, and I have no doubt they are still around, this city will become too dangerous to even go to, to scavenge." Wolfe said, looking down to her, with somewhat a solemn smile.
I have to dump her off somewhere. Somewhere safe. Just so Dan doesn't skin me like the wolf I really am.

She shrugged.
"Whereever you're going, I'll follow"

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe stopped. He heard voices up ahead. He motioned for Bridget to stop, and turned to motion for silence.
Outcast patrol?
"Ya know...These streets seem emptier than they should be...Fuckin' eerie if ya ask me."
"Too right...Where the hell are they? And wasn't there supposed to be another patrol? Where the fuck did they go?"
"Aww, pisser...I gotta take a leak, can ya watch my back?"
Outcast Patrol.
It sounds as if they stopped just ahead, in an alleyway.

Bridget stopped but was too lost in her thoughts to hear anything. Looking up to Wolfe she cocked her head to one side.
"Why did we stop?" she said, quietly seeing something on Wolfe's face.
Did he hear something?

 

[Amzer]

"Voices. Outcast Patrol. Upcoming alleyway. They stopped to take a leak." Wolfe whispered, as he pulled his pistol from it's holster.
"Want to try for a captive, again?" he whispered, advancing slowly.
They're close...How did she not hear them.

She put an arm in front of him.
"Let me...how many are there?" she asked quietly, slowly unsheathing her sword and remembering what her father had taught her.
Step from foot to heel, move quietly, watch your steps, follow your instincts

 

[Amzer]

"Sounds like there are only two of them. They mentioned another patrol. Probably the one we killed. Makes it sound like patrol groups are consisting of only two men. Are you taking the silent sneaky approach? Very wise." Wolfe whispered, still with his pistol out.
"You almost done yet? We're supposed to be beyond this street by now."
"Give me time, will ya? I've been fuckin' holdin' it all fuckin' day. Ya rushin' me doesn't help."
"Well, fine then, you know what? Fuck it. I'm turning the corner, and continuing about the patrol. Take your fucking time."
"Yer yellow, ya know that? Can't wait for a man to stop fuckin' leakin', can ya?"

Bridget heard them this time and without hesitation, snuck up to the corner of the allyway. For a second she considered making her presence known to them before killing them, but the thrill of killing was only to the infected. She closed her eyes for another second before leaping around the corner and beheading the one patrol that wasn't peeing. Next, she quickly stabbed the man who was urinating in the hand, before he could turn around. After kicking him in the back of the leg and standing on his arms, she took a strip of rag and tied it around his hand to stop bleeding.
"Hi" she said before raising her voice "Clear!"

Wolfe turned the corner, sprinting.
"Got one...then?"
"What...What the fuckin'--What's goin' on here? Ya beheaded my mate lassy. Not a good move."

Bridget twisted her heel into the hostage's arm.
"Shut up unless we talk to you" she hissed.
Is there more patrols? We should hurry this up
Bridget bent down and picked up her sword that she had dropped when the man went down. She wiped the blood off in his hair and sheathed it again. Looking to Wolfe she asked.
"Would you like to ask the first question Jordan?"
She winked mentioning the fake name, hoping he'd get the hint.

Fake names? Wise. But I'm not letting one of these idiots live.
"Sure, Cathrine..."
Henry walked up to the man, and delivered a swift kick to his side.
"Now...Why the hell are you bastards here?"
"Yer a stupid ************ aren't ya? We're here cleanin' up. Everthin' has ta go."
"Now, Cathrine, your turn with him..."

Bridget wrinkled her face in disgust.
Cathrine? What an ugly name...
She sighed and pulled her sword out before stabbing it slightly into the back of the man's neck.
"You answer me this or it goes through your spine. What faction are you of? What is your name? And how many of there are you?" she said with each question the sword went deeper into his neck.
Please don't let me kill him

Make generic answers because Venom decides what the answers actually are so...also I hope Venom won't be mad at us controlling some NPCs while he's gone

Wolfe stood, and watched.
The soldier seemed to squirm, trying to get loose.
"Oooh...I'm quiverin' in my boots...Little girl tryin' ta play tough...Scaaaary."
The soldier's voice was laden with sarcasm, as he seemed to laugh.
"What are ya gonna do...Straighten my hair? Curl my eyelashes? Ya got nothin' lassy."
Wolfe covered his face with his palm at the soldier's stupidity.
God damn, he makes the beasts look like intelligent beings.

Bridget laughed along with him.
"Your accent is to die for" she said before taking the sword and pinning his arm into the ground with it. "Now answer the questions!" she yelled at him, quickly turning to Wolfe and mmotioning for him to watch the streets.
"In case something comes" she mouthed

Wolfe moved to watch the streets,
Catherine...Bah...First name to come to mind. It is an ugly name, and I'm glad it isn't hers...
The soldier seemed to cry out as the sword pretty much ended up going through his arm.
"Christ almighty! Ahhhg! I was just playin' lassy! Name's Ian...We're Outcasts...I don't know the exact number of us...Now...Can ya remove that fuckin' blade from my arm?"
