Mass Effect 2's suicide mission was pretty glorious, but the finale of Mass Effect 1 had a much more dire epic-factor.

I think the final-final battle in Ocarina of Time still stands as my standard for Most Climactic Ending.

3. Brutal Legend, but that just goes for the whole story, which I loved.

2.Jak 3, pretty epic fight, and the Precursors are awesome.
(Jak 1 for that matter, was pretty damn epic in it's own right)

1. Kingdom Hearts 2, this was just ... best game ever.

PFFT! Just kidding. That ending sucked. If I could choose 2, it would be Banjo Kazooie, for having the main villain falling off a mountain and getting trapped. That was pretty funny. And also I would say No More Heroes, just for my ind imploding after the revelations.

I almost cried. I played half life from 1 to ep2 and when it finished I got all annoyed and shit. ahah.

i really like the twist ending in Infamous. i don't know if it was just me but i didn't see it coming. Also beyond good and evil wasn't half bad either

The original Command & Conquer end scene for the Brotherhood of Nod (the only ending that matters) was amazing, considering how good it's graphics were in it's day.

I actually found Portal's ending to be a bit of a letdown... until I started writing fanfic anyway, then it was much better. At least it had an awesome song/past two hours to back it up.

Anyway, I have to say the endings to Half Life 2 and episodes got to me the most. I'd known for a long time how Episode 2 ended, and I still cried. Half Life 2 itself was just creepy as hell <_< G-Man is the only thing that's made me know what the uncanny valley is.

The ending to Legend of Zelda:Links Awaking was great.

As much as i hated it and it made me emotional, it truly was a fitting and satisfying end to a great game.

My second is the ending Fire Emblem for the GBA.

I cried and applauded for all the characters.
it was a deep game.

That. Game. Was. Amazing. And you're right, the ending was awesome, learning what the characters did after the game. Too bad like half my people died...

I'd go for both Modern Warefares endings, ME1 made me buy the soundtrack was that epic (I was kinda dissapointed in ME2 ending tbh in comparison), The first 2 Resident Evils perhaps

I say either fallout 3 for the game to change the outcome depending on how you played it not GOOD ENDING BAD ENDING GREY ENDING
but I always sat PoP: Two thrones. How it all loops back to Sands of Time. I love it!
