Colonize Mars. A black hole has the same mass, and thus the same gravity, as whatever it used to be. Replacing Earth with an Earth-massed black hole will have absolutely no effect on anything else in the solar system. So, um, if we've got four years and nothing better to do with all the world's resources and labor, why don't we just pack up and leave?

why are people so afraid of the LHC?
It replicates events that happen thousand of times everyday in a controlled enviroment, it could never create a black hole. (And if it could we wouldn't have time to notice before the black hole had engulfed the entire planet so your 4 years are a bit off)

If however the earth had 4 years for some other reason I would skip school and propably fall in to the anarchy that such a ctatastrophy would create.

And if i cant recruit em, well im most likely just gonna carry on with my life without any worry of some stupid unlickly to happen black hole anyways. And if it does, deal with it when it does, which wont be too likely possible anyways (unless you have this team of course)

Alternatively you could just recruit the world's fattest people to go and clog up the black hole..

Course im not missing chuck norris, he would think the matter would be too trivial. He would rather just take over another planet somewhere and spawn an entirely new race of beings. Anyway hes just as likely to cause a black hole by defeating the black hole, or else a much worse fate, just outa boredom of having ended a threat. When ur at the top, what else is there to do?

Make a convoluted plan that requires a team of world class oil drillers and nasa's top technology that will make me and said team fly a space shuttle to land on the black hole(which moved to Jupiter for some reason) to plant a nuclear device and blow it up,just it time to realise I'm incredibly high and drunk and that the LHC would not cause any harm.
I would then watch Armageddon,and probably porn after that.

Who says a black hole destroys? Maybe it'll teleport the universe elsewhere and that's it.

But in the worst case scenario I'll summon Dormammu and have him collapse the Black Hole from inside.

act cool in all serious I would do what I allways wanted to do and not be afraid as well... four year short time better get started. I would also help out people,charity work and stuff because well if I only got four years left I want tomake it count and feel good that I made a differnce in the end.
Btw if all work stopped how would you get drunk? alcohols would be in short supply and no suppliers to well.... supply it to you, all the drug dealers be too busy keeping there dope to themselves or robbing people

I wouldn't actually care to be honest. Death is inevitable. Sure i wouldn't like to die young but if it's going to happen it's going to happen. I would just spend my remaining time doing what i normally do: Play games and hang out with friends or my girlfriend. Although i would quit my job as there would be no point in saving money and planning for the future.
