Besides being in charge of what the Mob that is the People's Republic of Haven thinks (she's the minister of Propaganda), she can have people killed or sent to the prison planet Hades (called Hell by most, though) on a whim. She's also the series only truly evil character. Weird part is,

Vergil from Devil May Cry. Not only does he have mad katana skills, teleportation, and inhuman strength/speed, but his hand seems to have hair gel-dispensing properties. He can make his hair go perfectly into place just by running his hand through it.
Also, it seems that his clothes/skin regenerate instantly, and are bloodproof.

In the end of Devil May Cry 3, Dante slashes Vergil in a way that should have chopped him clean in half. Not only do Vergil's upper and lower half stay in place, but his clothes remain spotless, despite all the blood flying around.
