[sup]Oh, no problem at all. Seriously, my first few days I was terrified I would screw up and incur Modly wrath. I think flame war counts more along the lines of a thread having no genuine discussion, but rather just a bunch of people being argumentative and mean. I guess direct attacks are certainly part of that, but not necessarily delegated to just flame wars.
And sometimes someone will get in trouble for multiple offenses, creating too many threads, etc.[/sup]
