You honestly just think it's the out of touch conservative right that sees bronies in a bad way? Go to a bar, a night club, Barnes and Nobles, a beach, hell it doesn't matter, just talk damn near anyone who isn't a brony and explain to them what a brony is then ask them their opinion and I'd bet massive sums of cash most people are going to have opinions are less than favorable to say the least. You lot just can't or don't want to see the forest from the trees. Saying the general public finds you a bit creepy would be akin to saying the pope is just some catholic fella.Owyn_Merrilin said:Not the picture, the interview itself. The article painted bronies as middle aged basement dwellers, and they managed to find a brony who fit the description.
Edit: As for soccer moms and random guys at the mall, I couldn't care less what they thought. These are the people who would be weirded out no matter what nerdy thing I told them I liked -- the same people who look down on videogames, the same people who, in generations past, burned their kids rock albums. I'm not worried at all what they think, but it does bother me when people who should know better start spouting crap.
