It's the one's who don't shut the fuck up, or don't turn off their mic when on the phone. There's team communication, talking trash/nonsense/jokes, talking about other things, but motor mouths are not awesome.
Those anoying little 12 year olds which think there mint and start trying to whale down the microphones (apparently there singing but there tone death) Its a case of i play left 4 dead to shoot zombies not hear some little kid trying to sing down a microphone.

I would say the annoying squeaky voiced gangsta wannabes... who at the least provocation start spewing high pitched homophobic gibberish at you.. of course they're offset sometimes by annoying racists with speech impediments... especially when they call their speech impediment an accent... they make me laugh usually, except when you put them in the same game with open voice chat... then i don't so much as laugh as turn my volume down and get some Asprin.
People who claim that they HAVE to win the match and they HAVE to go positive and get pissed at anyone who beats them, calling them a hacker, camper, cheater, ect. followed by a negative revue or a report, just because it gives them some sense of accomplishment that makes them believe they are having more fun when they do this. Whatever happened to playing games just because they're fun? Wasn't that the intention of games in the first place? To entertain? Not all of this competitive bullshit. Sure I enjoy it when I win and I don't like constantly dying, but I don't get all competitive and shit.
Also, kids who use mics in a Mature rated game. I have no problem with them playing them, just stay off the mics. People won't get annoyed by you and you won't have to deal with insults that usually end with "come back when your balls drop."

The absolute worst are the kids who play online fps's who just can't concentrate on the objective for some reason. They feel like they have to squad kill, dance in front of your face while your sniping, shoot at your feet and give away your position.
The other day I was playing rush mode in BFBC2. No joke, there was a little kid on our team ( sounded no older than 12 ) blowing up OUR m-com stations!
He was saying " Someone get a mic, we need communication. I swear if no one gets a mic in the next 5 minutes I'm blowing up objective A"

I admin a server group on Garrysmod, and I can say for sure that I hate three specific kinds of people:
1. 9-year old Mic Spammers, the ones that whine go doubly so. Those who think they own the server get booted.
2. Exploiters. (After catching that person doing something to break the game) "There's no rule about it, I can do it if I want!"
3. Foreigners. I mean no disrespect to the many GOOD people overseas, but it seems that most of the visitors we have from across the pond are pretentious asshats who will criticize anything and everything and pull the "you're from America, your opinion means nothing" card whenever you tell them to shut up. They don't last long on the server, but damn they irritate me.

Example: recently I got trolled in a TF2 "Defend the Point" game by some idiot who objected to the fact that I was a pyro who was spy-checking the sentry guns and dispensers on the point itself. Actually girls like that and the elitists, can be some of my favorites in spite of how irritating they usually are. Why? Usually they are so easily offended, yet otherwise mundane insult unleashes a rage unlike any ever witnessed. Example, kid barely the age of twelve by my estimation, managed to kill me in Halo 2. He proceeded to claim how horrible I was, that I should quit and etc. despite how my team was winning with ease. Anyhow, in the proccess of his mocking and teabagging, he had neglected to notice I had begun to throw a plasma prior to my death, therefore it fell and subsequently activated near my corpse. I was treated to a rather amusing "NO FUCKING WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!" mic cut. Afterwards he lobbied every insult imaginable my way, chased after me through the level and inflated my kill ratio remarkably considering I had a whooping fifteen kills of him alone.theincurabletragedy said:

As for the girl attention whores. I push one to near tears, although I believe such was a ruse, either way she was upset. I had shot and killed her as one would expect to do in a FPS, which she abruptly thought was horrible, whining how could I have shot her. My response? I shot her again. Two kills and yes some guardian knights came to her rescue, it was still incredibly amusing.
