the most one sided fight you had in a game

In my favor:
It was during Firefight Arcade on Reach in the last round, and grunts kept spawning out of a dropship, and I had a hammer.
The Black Eye skull was on (along with every other detrimental skull) and I had over-shield.
I was losing shield from about 20 grunts shooting me at once, but also getting it back insanely fast from killing so many grunts so fast.
My score went from 15,000 to 78,000 in 90 seconds of grunt slaying ^_^
The only other time when it was so amazingly one-sided in my favor, was during the MW2 campaign when you control the gunship. All I used was the giant rape-anything-ever gun :D

Not in my favor:
Any time I play Halo 1 on Legendary =/
The very last part of the last lvl in Reach when you have to get to the rail cannon, and I had 1 speck of health, 15 shots of DMR, a plasma pistol, and 4 of the strongest elites in the game in my way. Took me about 15 minutes of baiting, assassinating, and lucky shots to finally win, but it was a glorious win :D
Only other one sided rape-fest not in my favor that I can think of, was the last level in Fire Emblem for GBA when you have to kill the giant "if I hit you, you die a thousand deaths" dragon, and only Hector and Archsage Athos can damage him (Lyn and Eliwood get 1 shot, and are weak as shit). I had to run in, damage the dragon, and get my cleric to either heal them at range, or teleport them out, because they'd get 2 shot by the dragon =/

There was the time I was fighting my friend in SSBM, 2 life survival on the Pokemon Stadium level where I won without taking any damage whatsoever. I've never fought like that since.

[sub][sub]And no, my friend didn't just plain suck at it.[/sub][/sub]

Playing Mount & Blade Warbands ages back i installed a mod that made the battles larger and changed the gameplay alot, starting off as a peasant with no armour or weapons, i was shocked to find out the mod also made all the factions try to kill you, all the time! Needless to say 2000 knights verses a unarmed peasant is not a fair match.

Guild Wars Hard Mode: The very first time your unprepared group of heroes and henchmen meet Korr, The Living Flame: Liquid Flame and Searing Flames really hurt in Hard Mode when used by bosses.

Any game which has a single character fight, in realtime, more than one enemy which got an attack that can cause knockdown. If you are out of luck you are on your arse the whole time. Knockdown isn't even needed, it is enough if they can interrupt you.

Ninja Gaiden on Xbox, the first level boss Murai on the hardest difficulty. I don't think I've ever managed to get hit health bar down to 3/4 remaining

Having a right proper punch up with the pope was preeeeetty one sided. In enemy advantage however, the prototype end boss was cosmically overpowered.

I people have obviously never played Demon's Souls. Every enemy ever past level 1-2 can kill you in less than 5 shots.
It's not one sided though. The AI isn't smart or aggressive enough to make it hard and after you've already finished the game once and know the level layouts and where the enemies are located you can beat the whole game at soul level one simply because the AI isn't very good and isn't very aggressive either.

Demon's Souls is my favourite game this gen and the combat mechanics are solid, but the AI really lets it down. Hopefully in Dark Souls they make everything more aggressive and actually intelligent enough to walk around obstacles instead of just walking into them.

In Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, I downloaded Juggernaut and had to fight Multiple man.

God that's a comic I want to see. Juggernaut just throwing around Multiple man, for no good reason too. Just because he's Juggernaut.

First time I played Pokémon Blue. I was too young to realise that you should REALLY crank up your group's levels early. I rushed through the first town, destroying Brock with my Squirtle's bubble attack (incidentally this is the most one-sided fight I've ever had in MY favour), then charged through Mount Moon as fast as I could.

Healed up my party, headed north to Nugget Bridge...and got swiftly obliterated by "Red" and his party of what, to me, were insanely overpowered Pokémon. A few more tries, a few more obliterations suffered, and I retreated to spend several days of my life levelling my Pokémon up against Rattatas, Sandshrews and the like in a small patch of grass to the east of Cerulean City.

Luckily the same didn't happen in the gym, cause I had a high-enough level Pikachu and a lot of potions, so I demolished Misty's Starme and Staryu.

Alternative "one sided in my favour": ANY boss in Shining Soul 2 expect the Volcano boss. Seriously, I played the game as both a Ninja and a Dark Wizard...the bosses didn't pose any real threat except the boss of Hotazhek Volcano, and he only did because I kept getting backed into the tiny little area at the end of the boss room and killing myself in lava.

Even CHAOS didn't really pose a threat to me.

I was playing Victoria as Hesse-Kassel. World War 1 started in 1870, being the pre-German states and Russia against Turkey, Italy and France. At the midpoint of the war, the German Unification happened, only 2 states refused to join the new Germany - me and Bavaria.

At this point, my relations with unified Germany dropped to -200. I implemented reforms and became a Democracy and then the Confederate States of America guaranteed my independence.

Over the next 2 years I signed defence treaties with Britain, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium and Italy, adding to the 3-way defence pact between me, Austria and Bavaria.

World War 1 ended with a French surrender and I immediately set about being a dick to Germany. After constantly telling them to stop colonising the Pacific, they finally declared war on me.

So all in all the Deutschland Kurbstomp War consisted of forces from

Hesse-Kassel
Austria
Bavaria
Italy
Great Britain
Russia
Switzerland
Sweden
Confederate States of America

Kicking the shit out of Germany.

Germany was split 4 ways between me, Austria, Bavaria and a few scattered provinces remained in German hands.

It was one of the *squeeeee* moments that Grand Strategy games award you from time to time.

And for anyone actually reading this, Japan became a superpower and it became THE WORLD VS JAPAN.

Final boss of Quake 2.

By playing the game as a stealth/cover shooter (Its actually very possible, and could be even more downright fun if you bind a switch hand button to make your dude ambidextrous: I used the options for that bit. Note the stealth shooter genre wasn't even around at this point, and cover shooters were pretty much all Time Crisis and a number.) I ended up at the game with literally every single powerup... unused. Well, I lie, I had wasted one biosuit, but I still managed to have like 7 mins of nonstop biosuit during the boss, about 2 hours of quad damage and 15 mins of invincibility or something. I actually just stood still and held shoot. It was impossible for my dude to die. With all the partial opacity powerup layers on screen, the display was practically white even before the fire effects.

Uhm, so did anyone else do that, or can anyone top it? :p

In my favour:
Me vs Darth Sion in KOTOR2.
The most laughably easy fight because despite his several health bars (he regenerates to full each time you beat him), he has absolutely no resistance to Force powers, especially Force Crush; lift him up, crush him, let him drop, start standing up, repeat. Several times I did that fight with a powerful Force power-orientated character and managed to take no damage at all, which is annoying considering when you meet him earlier in the game, Kreia expects you to run "because he cannot be killed".

Against me:
An old RTS for the PC called Joint Task Force - skirmish mode was impossible.
You would be deploying your first units and before you realised it, the enemy had literally 500 tanks to your 12. They just spammed deployed stuff and rolled across the map; I think they didn't have resources... :( It was a shame because with playable AI, it would have been really good.

*Obligatory spoiler-alert about some game you should have played and probably never will if you haven't already!*

The final boos in Demon's souls ... I was so pumped and I was met with what appeared to be a giant toungue, flopping about trying to reason with me of all things. And this was right after Old Kind Durant stole two goddamned soul levels from me.

Weak-ass appendix got something rammed up his something ... In fact, the role-reversal felt downright good.
