Write his name in a death note.....always worked for me......
OT I understand your situation as I was in a similar situation at your age but as a lot of people have said your reputation in secondary school doesnt really matter in the end as you see very few people from around there as you move through the years. My personal recomendation is dont antagonise the situation by picking a fight which im sure you wouldnt but if push comes to shove defend yourself. A good tip I found when similar things happened to me when you think your about to be punched was go completly psycho and make yourself look as intimidating as possible for two reasons. 1 If you look scary and the bully backs down then thats his "street cred" down the drain and for morons like that it means alot for them. 2 If a fight occurs its always useful to have the adrenaline pumping since youll kick twice as much ass in that state. I wish you luck in this situation and I hope you keep us all informed

I'd like to impart to you, before I suggest this...a most 'alternative' way of dealing with your situation, that I in no way endorse these practices.Now the disclaimers out the way;

Sneak attacks are your best weapon, if he can't see you he can't hit you! Now you may need to act during class, either before, during or after. If the tutor catches you - tough luck, most school boards will take into account the character of your nemesis, and assuming that you keep your nose clean (not literally), you'll come out on top as the oppressed hard working student.

Now the fun stuff;
In year 7 Luca Beridino, a fat, stupid, French-Italian kid (who hated me for also being Italian...and fat) made my life hell. My resolution? Open his skull with the heel of my shoe.
Year 8, new city, new school. This time it was damned near everyone - being the only white kid in a class of 30 sucks just as much as being the only black/asian kid, only racism isn't as openly condemned when it's reversed. The solution? Head butt the largest, nose spraying forth blood like a fountain caught in a soft summer breeze...Then - grab the mouth! The one who won't shut up! BATTER him, all guns blazing and remember - your elbows are sharp, hard and go through lips, cheeks and small bones 'like butter'. Knees will also open your opponent up like a cheap whore, grab his hair, cheeks, nose, ears - the softer the better, and rip his head down toward your upthrusting knee. Ca-Ching! Now you only need to use this once, make sure it hurts! It will shock him so much that he wont even pass you in the school corridors without flinching.

Good luck! And remember, however hard, however big he is, at the end of the day he's still only a 15 year old teenager - not a warrior, not a veteran, just a kid. A quick elbow to the fleshy part of the throat (or even the back of the neck) will remind him of just how puerile he is. Careful not to get labelled a nutter though.

Best of luck
Bobsie, The lunatic from tutor group 2 :)

not been in that situation myself but in primary school I was bullied by a very large bully for a year ... he assumed I was small and timid he was half right after a year of bullying I a small 7 year old beat the living &@#$ out of a much much larger bully (seriously he was bigger than most of the teachers) he cried for his mother as he walked away after I was dragged kicking and screaming off of him.

never saw him again.

Im not even a violent person I was just pushed too far for too long.

well, after all this advice, I really wanna hear how this turns out. And provided you can accomplish this massive feat, If you get your ass handed to you, you could spend billions of dollars and fly us out there to hammer them all to pieces!

Army of Escapists aside, I gotta agree with everyone who has said "Talk to the older brother". If i was him, and I found out my kid brother was using me as a defence, I'd be mega pissed off! The elder brothers wrath is more likely to land upon the brother, and not you.

His friend barks like a chihuahua, and that's the real problem here. Use that.

'So, your friend here seems to think your brother's going to fix all this. Seems to me your friend is hiding behind your brother, and you. Face it, son, he's gonna be your ***** for life.'

And laugh. Not at the little brother, but at the snot who's goading him on. The problem often takes care of itself at this point.

Get your ass beat by his brother. After he is done you won't have a problem anymore. ^^
Or just gather a large group of friends (you mentioned you were at least somewhat popular)and kick his ass, preferably when he is alone. Maybe it will start a bloody feud, maybe not.

Meh, tell the little kid to get over it, eventually he will realize your not going to fight him. I don't even know if I would tell the older brother, he sounds like kinda a prick and might just want to fight you for messing with his brother. What I'm saying is unfortunately fights have consequences, so unless its in a ring, they are best avoided.

If you fight the little brother you look like a douche, get in trouble, and have a psycho on your back. If you fight the older brother you get in trouble and have a psycho on your back.

Have you seen The Karate Kid (the recent one)? That scene closer to the begininng when Jackie Chan is fighting all the teenagers, and he's not really attacking any of them - yet he beats them all? He kinda just blocks everything and pushes them around a little.

I dont have a solid suggestion for this but something along that idea seems to be the answer. Maybe let this little 12-year old crap try and fight you, and just put your hand on his head and let him swing his arms away =) He'll get embarrased and cut it out before long. And your rep isnt affected in any way.

Spark the little gobby shit out. Yes his brother might hit you, but a swift punch to the nose ought to teach the gobby little fucker a lesson.

As for the brother?
Hmm.

What is all this about reputation and stuff? And how it's one of the most important things at school? I'm really glad it wasn't my highschool, that's for sure...

But, anyway. If I was in your shoes, I'd just ignore everything. Fuck reputations, you should be above that. If people don't like you for who you are, but instead like (or hate) you for your reputation, I'd say screw them, why would you want such people to like you anyway?

You might need to hit him but not to "beat the shit out of him", when that little twat comes close to you, slap him around (not too hard or his brother might get involved) and try to embaress him and give him some nickname about his appereance (not a friendly one) and try to get your friends to call him whit that embarressing name too. When he realises that he can't do anything to you before you have done something to him, he should leave you alone (hopefully).

And yeah you might need to avoid this kid and his brother, but do it in a kinda of way that they do not realize that you are avoiding them. Making the kid forget you would be Plan. B
