The Society of Justice: A Super Hero Roleplay

Simon smirked as he felt the lugar press against his head but that quickly faltered as he was thrown against the rooftop.

Still, a coy smile crept its way up his lips as he looked up at the villain standing over him

"Oh I've been waiting a long time to meet one of you"

He said through gritted teeth, a tad bit annoyance leaking through once he noticed that his shades had cracked

Drake stood up from the attack, the blood from his scars bleeding beofre stopping. He grinned, creating a protective plate from the blood he was losing and charged towards Jason with heightened speed, punching him into a nearby cafe.

"Your illusions cover that right?" he yelled to Leland who replied with a yes. Drake smiled at that and ran towards the cafe, ready for whatever Jason was going to throw at him.

Requiem looked at Simon, motioning with the gun for him to continue.

Jason crashed through the cafe window, landing behind the pay counter.

"Jeez. Come out of one window, and right into another one." He says with a chuckle before looking at his chest. A large crack shone back at him.

"Hm. and all this time, I thought you were gonna hit like a pussy." He says mockingly to his adversary, while getting up, wiping debris and dust off of himself.

"At least now, I won't have to hold back!!" Jason yelled, before speedily gliding up to Drake, driving a fist deep into his stomach, the deep hit leaving him open. Jason sees this and raises his palm up to Drake's chin, before kicking him out of the store, and into a parked car. Jason began to laugh again before casually stepping out of the window he was knocked into.

"C'mon man! I'm not done with you yet!" He jeered before laughing again.

Simon sat up slowly, keeping his eye on the gun. Time for some quick talking...

"I have something to propose"

He continued to sit up, but felt a slight pain at his side as he did so. Something must have snapped and he still had a gun in his face

"So excited for a fight. I'm quite glad I chose you," Drake responded calmly, letting the new wounds mend and adding the blood to his hands to use as weapons. He waited for Jason to attack, quickly countering with a punch that was more of a slice, the blood on it having become sharpened at his will. He then kicked Jason away, jumping over to him and pounding him into the ground.

"Boy...they are really going at it," Leland said with some surprise on his face, "Like they want to kill each other. I never was one for physical fights. Even with my genetic heightened strength I never actually learned to really use it, would just punch and kick randomly. It's why I'm being trained now, so strenuous though. I much prefer just doing things magically."

As Drake continued to pound Jason into the ground he felt something cold and hard knock him off of Jason. There Aaron stood their in full organic ice form with his eyes closed. . One of his hands was a makeshift blade while the other was augmented to be a shield.

He made his way over to Jason and extended his hands,"Do you need help?"

Jason took his hand and jumped up.

"Y'know, I was gonna finish this guy myself, but now it'll be a slaughter!" He answered Aaron, his thirst for blood became apparent in his voice.

Then without warning, Jason leaped onto Drake's chest, and began to furiously claw at him, laughing the whole time.

"Blood!! HaHa, Show me more BLOOD!!!" He screamed manically.

Something was wrong. "Going batshit insane" was never something that Jason has shown before. No, this was something different...

"Uhh..Jason are you alright," Aaron inquired still trying to focus his thermal vision better.

 

[tsatoma]

"Murderous rampage. Jeez, sure you want to be with that guy?" Leland asked Katie as he got up. He took a few moments of delving into Aaron's mind before nodding a few times. "So that's why the illusion didn't work! He could see the heat signatures...well no problem there, just a few fixings and...what do you know he's completely forgot what was going on! And look, he's going to go get us some more food. What a nice guy," Leland exclaimed using his illusions to get Aaron out of the fight.

Drake threw Jason off, laughing as his blood was added to his surplus. "You're one of those guys that just don't understand do you?" he asked, turning both of his arms into blades as he charged at Jason, slicing and dicing at his Erebus armor.

 

[Souldemon8]

"What am I doing in the middle of the street," Aaron thought as he dodged an incoming car.

Aaron wondered into McDonald and ordered a giant meal. He made his way over to a table where he realized the rest of the team was sitting.

"Hey guys I didn't know what you guys wanted so I just ordered everything on the menu," Aaron started to serve everyone at the table.

Richard sighed at the fighting.

"God damn it. Well, I'm going to do my best to stay out of this one. No suit and no weapons on me, I was just meant to be the pretty face." He said sarcastically at the last sentence.

 

[tsatoma]

"Ah Aaron, thank you so much. Please sit down with us and enjoy the meal before I start the real fun part," Leland said levitating a chair over for him. He turned to Richard, "Oh believe me where you'll be going things like suits and weapons will be of no use. Sorry. If it's any consolation I would say that you needn't be sarcastic with that last line."

"Well thanks again for the compliment and good thing I didn't bring any weapons. I kind of figured they would have been useless from the very beginning, so I didn't bother." he replied.

"I'm guessing I'm about to be put in some kind of illusion where I feel immense amount of physical and psychological torture. At least, that's what I've figured out." He decided to make the last few moments fun for himself in any case. He thought for a few moments before replying with a smirk.

"I can take kinky, if that's the way you like it Leland."

 

[tsatoma]

Leland grinned at Richard's last sentence, pausing for a moment before saying, "Well Richard you certainly are as smart as they say. You all are about to go through a fun trip into your own little minds. I'll be sure to make yours special Rich."

 

[Souldemon8]

"Thanks man. I don't know why everyone calls you such a bad guy your real cool," Aaron opened up his chicken selects.

"So guys...what are we...talking about?" Aaron asked between eating and slowly drifting off and becoming less aware of what was going on.

Aaron stopped,"Hey where is Jason I could have sworn he was in here?"

"Well I would pay you back with a compliment, but I know nothing about you other than you are pleasing to the eye." Richard thought for a few seconds.

"Don't screw with my love of liquors. There will be no force in heaven, Earth, or hell that will stop me from killing you if you do. I'm fine with anything else though."

 

[tsatoma]

"Well Aaron thanks. See I'm not a bad guy, I just happen to do some bad things once in awhile. And don't worry Jason is over there being a buddy with Drake. See they're just chilling over on the sidewalk," Leland said, pointing over to where Drake and Jason were fighting and making it look they were just talking.

"Tsk, fine. I usually just let your own mind make up what you see but I guess I'll leave alcohol out, for you," Leland said with a sigh.

"Thank you. Liquor is the one thing that has been keeping me somewhat sane through all of this. So I rather owe them the courtesy of not hating them. I have to wonder where my mind will wander though now, should be quite the learning experience. Delve deep into what Freud called the ID without the interference of the Ego or Superego. Then again, the man was a coke-addicted sex freak who based all of his findings on nothing except he agreed with it, so what does he know? Either way should be interesting if not fun." Richard replied.

 

[Souldemon8]

"Hey Rich did you know that I'm related to Sigmund Freud, the guy who thought of the iceberg structural model of the psyche. Though the ironic thing is he used and iceberg," Aaron's mind was slowly drifting into a husk of himself.

 

[tsatoma]

Leland looked with slight confusion at Aaron. He coughed before saying, "Um...haven't exactly started the whole mind thing to you all yet...believe me you'd know if I did. Um...perhaps I should re-do the prep for you."
