Loot things I always wanted from the stores. Walk naked around formally public areas. Go exploring. Find useable technology so I can watch TV and play video games, Internet would have been destroyed by EMP waves and even if it still did work there would be no one to update it to make it more exciting. Read all the books I want. Then after all that try to find survivors if at all possible. Pretty mundane.

Find a lorry with a car transporter trailer, grab 2 DB9's from the Aston Martin dealer, get a cargo ship, sale to where ever bethesda is located, grab a copy of skyrim (same for saints row 3, new games) return to england, find a biiiig house, drop one of the DB9's off there, go to ebuyer/overclockers UK grab the lastest and greatest hardware, make a good computer, then go into survival mode and collect food, water, etc.

Write a log of how the human race ended and post it on the internet before finding a nice place out of the way were I had good memories and kill myself.

I dunno. Assuming animals survived etc, I'd probably free as many of them as I could and have a pack of dogs living with me. If I had pets, I could probably maintain around 50% of my sanity. Without them, I'd be a bearded babbling madman. I might just walk and walk. See where my travels take me. Maybe commandeer a boat and yacht away from England to Europe or America. With my pack of dogs.
