The twist was horribly executed, the psycho main character didn't even have a background (Which was supposedly so that viewers could infer for themselves, but realistically it was because the script writer had never read anything before in his life) or reason to torture the people she picked (And she never went topless. I watched the entire film, hoping that at some point they would capitalize on having a hot chick as the psycho killer, but no such luck), the other main..."characters" were so badly written and acted that I was actually hoping for them to all be killed by about a quarter way into the movie.
The main guy in particular had a scene where he was supposed to convey that he was in a large amount of pain, but I felt like I was in more physical pain trying to watch him act than he would've been had the scene been real.
The gore was...passable for such a low-budget film, but only two scenes really made me cringe, one admittedly being main male character's above scene.
But going back to the twist, this film handled it in such a terrible way that I couldn't follow it, and I'm a long-time fan of movies such as Fight Club and Pandorum, which some people could consider the twists difficult to catch early on. But this...I don't recommend seeing it, even if you typically like "B"-grade horror/slasher films. It was basically "We have a hot girl. She's crazy. Let's put her in this surreal perfect suburb and watch what happens."
