Basically, this dude invented much of the modern psychology. Another thing he did was linking subconsciousness with sexual desire. Anyway, he would link your references with your hidden desires with phallic objects(or body parts) or something like this. And he would do this in the first 5 minutes of the therapy, so be VERY afraid about the rest of his one hour session.

Seriously...what woman in their right mind gave him the opportunity to "pass on his genes"?!!

Well he is a reasonably attractive male with a good physique. He can bring in the money and if my assumption powers are strong, the way the ending played out would leave Altair as the leader of the assassins.

Stewardship over the land with a lot of women, Check

So as long as my assumption of him being the head assassin holds out and I can't think of too many reasons why it wouldn't, he is set for attracting a mate in his time. Hell, he is set for attracting a mate in THIS time.

Hmm, wonder if they're only really saying this to boost sales. My guess, the sex in the game will be like that of Mass Effect: a small part of a 10 hour plus game, but Fox News will blow it out of proportion anyway.
