just the treatment of "Americans". We don't all dress like John Wayne, have redneck accents, and we are intelligent. this is what i remember from both the games and shows, Japan must have a problem with America or just enjoy stereotyping us as much as we stereotype them, so in that case i will admit to being a hypocrite(there i said it...)

Where are the bathrooms in those games? Come to think of it, there aren't enough houses for everyone to live in.

1. How nobody flips their shit when you send out a legendary like Dialga.
2 How you can carry 99 pokeballs and 99 potions, but not 100 pokeballs and no potions. But that's a problem with all RPGs.
3. WILD ABRA FLED.
4. An average town is like, 5 houses. With one or people in each.
5. How Gym Leaders are vastly unbalanced compared to each other. This suggests that the levels are relative to the strength of everyone, not a measurment, and the numbers are just a sign of progression for you.

Also something I posted in another thread:

In pokemon Blue, people think the Rival is Evil. But when you go to the city with the pokemon tower (where they put dead pokemon, think its Lavender town). Your Rival doesn't have his Raticate anymore. He visited the town to bury his pokemon, guess who killed it. You, when you last battled him. His Raticate was in fatal condition. He never blames you, though. And uses this moment as motivation for his dream, to become the pokemon master. At the end of the game, he achieves his dream, but only for a brief moment. where you come and take it all away. Then when you are the pokemon master, his own grandfather (Oak) praises you for winning and scorns his grandson.

You killed his pokemon, took his dream right from under his nose, and even took the love of his only family. You were the bad guy all along.

I never liked trading to evolve. When i first played on good old blue i leveled a machoke then couldn't get his uber form.It was my first time they coould have put: don't bother with machop, gastly, geodude, or abra if you can't trade on the box. :(
in heartgold/soulsilver, you dont have to, haunter evolves into gengar at 43 :) I can only assume the others do the same, also, Gengar is supremely overpowered.

- The fact that despite supposidly being the best in the land. Ash would ALWAYS either lose or almost lose or come back in the main battle of the episode. Youd think the best in the land would be able to cruise through fights.

- IS there Non-pokemon animals walking around. Like, there are the pokemon, but do they also raise cattle or chickens. Or do they just eat pokemon ? If there is non-pokemon animals, whats stopping them from going into battle with a mountain lion or something ?

- How non-seriously the police seem to take Team Rocket. I know theyre incompetent, but wouldnt the police forces of all the towns think to form a task-force or something ?

- I know that on several occasions human characters have been attackd by pokemon ( mostly getting electrocuted, blown up in a comical fasion, etc ) but i wonder. Has anyone been killed by a pokemon ? Like, if one of those big ones ran over someone, or one of those guys with swords for arms or that can shoot lazers or fire. The fact that kids can get killed by lawn darts in our world would imply that with something 100X more dangerous there would be some fatalities

- What was team rockets gameplan ? I know they wanted to take over the world, but it just seemed that all their plans seemed based around defeating Ash. I know hes the main character, but that makes little sence. Its like the Taliban trying to take over the world by invading a small Midwest farming town.

- How the towns function without bathrooms, from what i can tell no food market, no bathrooms, no beds, no non-pokemon battle entertainment, etc.

- Seriously, im sure there wouldve been someone who doesnt want to battle pokemon. What would they do for fun ?

- The worst thing was the trade-to-evolve deal.

Gyaridos would completely rape a city in our world, the fucker was like 100 feet tall, and shot fuckin hyper beams.

Also, there was an episode with a giant tentacruel destroying a city, but nobody died, like hundreds would have.

Also. When the country there in goes to war, do they use pokemon or just cut that crap out and use guns and planes and stuff ?
