In order of past to present:
Cracked my skull a bit on the edge of my desk when I fell out of my bed (was wrestling with a friend).
Was jumping from desk-to-desk in school to get to the door as fast as possible. The LAST desk tipped back, so I kicked it forward a bit, then had to kick it back again, but ended up face-planting the floor. Teeth bit partially through my lower lip.
Was jumping out of a classroom window (ground floor) in college to avoid unnecessary waiting, there was some concrete framework above the window I never noticed. Slammed upward into an edge of the framework & felt my neck grow shorter (for a while). Cracked my skull. Again.
Got hit by a speeding car while crossing the road. Its side hit my knee & with my ninja reflexes I pushed my hands against it, got flung about 5 feet in the air, looking at the clouds... Everything went silent & froze (it's a moment anchored in my memory by shock) & I heard, loud & clear, my thought: "I'm alive". Then fell down & barrel-rolled. Got up like a zombie. Only bruised my knee.
House got raided by thieves that tied me & my parents up & tortured us by electricity until we revealed where all our valuables are. We were also strangled & beaten, but it was the electricity that broke us down. Let's just say that nowadays when I see someone getting electrocuted on TV or in games, I'm never satisfied with the acting. The only game with satisfactory electrocution acting imo was MGS3, & funny, I played this game just a coupla weeks after we were tortured, I believe.
