Last year I was biking down the road in a small city, a regular 2 way road, I'm the only one on the right side of the road, a truck and a car are coming on the left lane, truck decides he wants to go around the car quickly, truck heads straight towards me. If I hadn't jumped onto the sidewalk I wouldn't be around to post this..

I got hit by a 4WD while mountain biking in New Zealand. And if you've been to New Zealand, you'll know that mountains mean MOUNTAINS. I was probably going 50km/ph down a very steep gravel road, came round a blind corner and came face to face with a very large black Suzuki, which fortunately was going rather slowly due to the gradient of the hill. Hit both brakes, fell over, slid sideways for 5 meters and ended up with the bike all the way under, almost crushed by the wheels, and me smashing into the bumper. Due to my extraordinarily durable frame, I was not injured at all, but sheesh, you should have seen the 4WD. Scary few moment though. Another meter before braking, or another few km/ph's and I wouldn't be posting right now. I also swallowed one of those magic tree thingo's when very small and had to go to hospital.

I both electrocuted myself and poisoned myself when I was a toddler (on separate occasions).
I was also in a bad car accident a few years ago that should have at least paralyzed me.

Had pneumonia right after I was born. Again when I was 4. Something weird was happening with my sinuses which was resulting in my eye poking out. An asthma attack during the countryside with no inhaler or anyone for a mile away so I had to walk to a first aid center. Not fun.

Had some psycho throw a knife at me.

Flew past my head, managed to cut just above my eye (I managed to move out of the way thank god)

And almost had a car crash at 80km/h

One of my former classmates decided it would be cool to threaten someone. And that he did. The fecking moron pushed me up against the wall, and held a knife against my throat, whilst being OMGSOCOOL and threatened me in various ways. Oddly enough, I was actually really, really calm.

Edit: Come to think of it, I think it was because I retaliated against some other bully who thinks "All boys are lowly peasants to me, all girls are only created for me."

at a friends grad party i drank enough to most likely kill one of you lowly mortals

seemingly superhuman reflexes have saved me from some sever blows to the head

cut myself up a few times playing with one of my knives nothing serious but when i drop em it could end up bad

probably several occasions where i walk on the side of the street without the sidewalk and the speedsuggestion is 35

had a few mishaps in the car where i nearly tbone or rearend someone or stop just in time at a traffic light

honestly i think theres some kind of hypothetical omniscient omnipotent figure letting someone have fun with me in a series of "press x not to die" quick time events
good thing their good at them

I chocked on some gum when I was eight, stepped on a rattlesnake when I was nine, and almost skied off of a cliff when I was eleven.

A psychopath tried to run me over with his motorcycle, bastard. I was stand two or three feet in front of him and only survived because my mum pulled me out of the way just in time.

I felt the bike clip me as it went by.

I was going to my grand-mothers house when there was a tight corner and I spilt very hot miso soup on my mum's arm and mine so nearly crashed. I laughed while that happened though. Insanity? I think not.* Runs away into a corner then says " Don't worry precious we'll get them back. Hee hee hee."

When I was 16 or so, (ten years ago) I was biking to work, late as usual, and heading down a hill steep enough to get going about 45 by the bottom from my house. Unfortunately, there's a stoplight at the bottom. The light changed red, I hit my breaks which promptly ripped off, spun in my spokes for a second before flying over my right shoulder. The chain fell off when I tried to pedal, so I decided to turn at the intersection. the handlebars came off in my hands, I zipped into the intersection and was hit square in the shoulder by a large semi-truck. I bounced off the grill and into traffic, but no-one else hit me. All in all, it was a bad day.

In order of past to present:

Cracked my skull a bit on the edge of my desk when I fell out of my bed (was wrestling with a friend).

Was jumping from desk-to-desk in school to get to the door as fast as possible. The LAST desk tipped back, so I kicked it forward a bit, then had to kick it back again, but ended up face-planting the floor. Teeth bit partially through my lower lip.

Was jumping out of a classroom window (ground floor) in college to avoid unnecessary waiting, there was some concrete framework above the window I never noticed. Slammed upward into an edge of the framework & felt my neck grow shorter (for a while). Cracked my skull. Again.

Got hit by a speeding car while crossing the road. Its side hit my knee & with my ninja reflexes I pushed my hands against it, got flung about 5 feet in the air, looking at the clouds... Everything went silent & froze (it's a moment anchored in my memory by shock) & I heard, loud & clear, my thought: "I'm alive". Then fell down & barrel-rolled. Got up like a zombie. Only bruised my knee.

House got raided by thieves that tied me & my parents up & tortured us by electricity until we revealed where all our valuables are. We were also strangled & beaten, but it was the electricity that broke us down. Let's just say that nowadays when I see someone getting electrocuted on TV or in games, I'm never satisfied with the acting. The only game with satisfactory electrocution acting imo was MGS3, & funny, I played this game just a coupla weeks after we were tortured, I believe.

I had a curfew in high school up until I turned 18 and I had to be in by 11pm. When I was 15, I came up with this bright idea of letting my drunk friend drive me home because he was 16 and had his license. Someone had flipped the sign on a road under construction, my friend followed it onto the shoulder, which wasn't there. He lost control after that and we flew across the median, almost hitting 3 cars. During it all, the only thing I could think of was my curfew. As soon as we stopped, I hopped out of the car and proceeded to run the last 20 blocks to my house.

my head almost went through the windshield of my moms van when i was 10
i totaled my car at 20. This one I'll tell the story of
I was driving home from anaheim(roughly 60 miles away from my house) at 3 am i was a waitress and full time college student. Had no sleep due to school and work for almost 72 hours so I was exhausted. I "blinked" before my exit on the freeway and wound up on the side of the road when my eyes were open again. What had happened was I went across 4 lanes of freeway(luckily no one was on the freeway) and sent a light pole flying. Which, in turn flipped my car and it turned over 3 or 4 times and then my car spun about twice ish and the second light pole stopped me. I cried over how badly hurt my car was. If I hadn't of been so relaxed I could have and most likely would have at least had serious injury or death.
yesterday my hood of my car decided to say hello to my windshield while driving 65mph on the freeway in corona on my way to work.
