In my school yearbook I was voted 'most likely to become a serial killer'. If that doesn't tell you anything about my weirdness, I don't know what does.

I am usually quiet in lessons, people in my class seem to have a problem with that. Therefore I get a lot of bullying from them.I have considered suicide twice.

But recently I come to enjoy my eccentricity. I am not bound by trying to look 'cool' in front of others, and can express my own opinion with no fear of being shunned(seeing as I already have been ;) ).

Wow the banishment thing is pretty damn extreme, as in mental abuse extreme. You sound logical so it must be absolute hell to live there.

I find it to be better to be the "weird" person. because then you are more likely to find friends who will actually help you instead of being there because you are the "cool" person. So the friends that you make now you might be more likely to stay in contact with them then the friends you make by being the "cool" person So by being the "weird person" you are more likely to find true friends.would make if you did fit in.

was that eye thing and the brown hair the reason you chose you're userpic?

I'm definatly one of the weirder kids in school, but that's just the way I act and i never really been mocked just because I kinda join in with it, believe it makes it all so much better, even when I had surgery on my balls I haven't been made fun of, so I think when they make fun even if you are angry or sad about it don't show it.

Now that i think of it there was this chavy ***** that used to make fun of my long hair then i just said your parents hate you (that may seem harsh but hey I was pissed) and it worked she got angry at me and now she just sees me as another kid.

You were made fun of because of the colour of your eyes? In what kind of buttfuck backwards country do you live?

I feel your pain, I'm sure everything will get better once you're grown up.

That sucks but I guess its an easy way to weed out who's an asshole and who's not. I've never heard of this character before (who you are apparently similar to). I've generally been someone who wears what they want and has been the subject of much staring as a result, but I don't really care. This appears to be negatively affecting your life in a noticeable way. All you can really do is find the people who see past it and hope you can find some friends in them.
What's with people saying red eyes is awesome, I mean yeah it looks cool but this person is clearly coming to us for help. That is not helpful. Though for the record, OP, I guarantee most people on the escapist think it looks cool, which should tell you something about the people who make fun of you.

Are you tired of being the weird person that no one will talk to? Tell your tale and/or thoughts:

I was born with naturally red eyes (genetic defect) yet my right is darker than my left (which is also my worst eye). All my life I have been called a "witch", a "demon", and "the daughter of Satan" by people who saw my eyes. My parents were banned from their church because of this, and they've never forgiven me for it.

This changed (somewhat) in 2004 when I had to get corrective lenses for my left eye which was becoming worse, and contacts were my only option. I wanted to get a different colored iris to hide my left eye so my optometrist decided to make it green since green is the pposite of red on the color spectrum. So I ended up looking like Suiseiseki prior to Rozen Maiden. This was not a problem until I enter high school 3 years ago, and by then a few had seen RM. So then I became the laughing stock of my school.

Now they call me a "nerd" and a cosplayer" and that I dyed my hair brown (which I didn't). My reputation is so trashed at school that no one will talk to me except for my boyfriend will talk to me. I have to keep Clorox wipes in my locker because someone writes "Desu" all over my locker every day. It gets even worse when I get home, where my parents want nothing to do with me.
no one used to talk to me becuase being a "yank" to the british kids i was a loner...
but then i went and did something awesome and badass
i totally f*cked up a few kids in a fight and they were the assholes of the school.
sooo everyone respected me for it...
im not saying go beat the hell out of people but do something extremely different and
try to get the attention in a GOOD way not like that emo shit that some kids go and do.
and the next time your parents say shit tell them its thier fault you have red eyes (even tho i think it'd be badass to have red eyes) and tell them that becuase tehy got kicked out of church listening to a man for an hour doesnt make them enemies of god and that its not your fault + they should love you either way.

I regularly had the shit kicked out of me in primary school because of my english accent. I got big, and my mates helped, and it stopped. However, from then on, I was very quiet except around my friends, so people thought I was wierd. They gave me shit for that, and because I was big and they thought I was afraid of them because I ignored them. Most stopped, because I'm actually quite funny, and apparently likeable. The one guy who kept going on only stopped when I punched him in the face.
In short, people are arseholes for the most part, and having the simple bad luck to be born where you are and with the red eyes has just given you much less chance of fitting in than most people who are different. That your parents do that to you though, I don't mean to offend, but when you can leave, do it, and don't go back.

I would absolutely love to see your eyes, they sound pretty cool :D If the church banned you because you have red eyes then that's just plain stupid. I'm Christian but I could never go to any church that bans anyone (unless they started swearing in the pews and being disrespectful, and so on). As it is, I'm pretty odd myself. I have my own little quirks, like for instance I'm typing this now with my hair slicked back completely (although that's forgiven since I just got back from a play I had a small role in, hence the hair). I cherish my own oddities, and although I don't have a huge number of friends, I'm still well liked by people and I wouldn't change that for anything. That said, I'm kind of like the character Kat out of 10 Things I Hate About You - I don't conform, and basically I don't do what everyone else does. I don't make a point of it though, unlike her...

Well, your eyes sound wonderful.

Now, I'm considered odd for many reasons, one of which happens to be that I watched Power Rangers (even the new ones) up until I was 16 years old.

I've never heard of that... show, if that's what it is, but it's pretty clear who the real nerds are if they're giving you a hard time over some anime stuff. How many people even know about the show, I can't imagine it would be enough that it would really trouble you. I'm pretty sure the cool kids don't write "desu" on peoples lockers, and want no association with anime.
How do they know to write desu then?

All it is is a deformity in the eyes my friend zack is a occular albino so his eyes are powder blue-ish white.

Get an extremely serious tone, expression, and a booming voice and repeat the following to anyone who beats on you: "It's a birth defect, the green eye is a contact lens, and I can't do shit about it. I've had enough crap about it, now leave me alone."

Really, the angry tone shuts everyone up. Sometimes even annoying christians.

I actually have nearly invisible horns on my head but thankfully no one has ever noticed them. They're too small to see and you have to rub over them to find them. I guess I shouldn't get a clean shaved head eh?

1) Based off your profile, you seem to embrace it despite the people making fun of you.

2) Depending on the kinda girl you are, I would actually think that is pretty hot. I don't know why, but I actually find it awesome. This is just me, but if I had eyes like yours and that's how people saw me, I would totally abuse it (but, then again, I hate the town I live in). As for you parents, (I highly suggest you make sure they aren't around), fuck them. If they honestly treat you like that, get some money, find someone who would look after you and run away. As for the kids, who gives a shit, high school is fucking lame anyway. I can guarantee you that depending on where you go once you're done, people will want to hang-out with you because you have such fucking awesome eyes. Damn, why do I love ranting?

3) I can't really ***** about my situation because I'm the reason it is like this. I keep to myself a lot and I actually have kind of have a Holden Caulfield complex; I consider everyone around me, at least where I live, a fake who acts like everyone else because they desperately want, or even need, to be in the "in crowd". I don't know why, but I sometimes get the feeling that I'm living in a Stepford-like community, except it's with everyone. Anyway, yeah, I can't wait for next year because I'll be in college (in NYC) with people that aren't just the definition of WASP (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant).

mmmmm. Gotta love that denial.

Now on topic
I was in a similar spot mainly because I hung out with one of my friends who had barely any other friends. After he never really grew up and we grew apart things got better and now I can't really say I'm "the" weird person merely a weird person. Also being one of like ten atheists/nihilists in a school of a thousand didn't help.

Also would it be possible to post a picture of your eyes, contact or no, I've always been fascinated by heterochromia and other similar conditions.
My prents have been "gracious" enough to have put a computer, a refrigerator, and a microwave in my room. They will never give me a camera because they don't want to me to show them to the public.

did you ever think of telling them that people like your eyes and show them this forum to proove it
also too many pages of forum to look through so could you pm me where you comee from, myself england where red eyes no matter what kind would have people taking pictures laughing with you about how epic your eyes are =D (well most people here would)
