A girl tried to hang herself with her jacket in the bathroom once, and we had a lot of bomb threats (no kabooming though). I think 1 kid had a hitlist and of course an array of fights. Nothing really out of the ordinary besides the hanging attempt.
I have to say, if a girl did that to me, I'd be more relieved to be out of the relationship with such a psycho ***** than I would remorseful for her death.Sacman said:This one time when I was living with my grandparents this lady was having a fight with her boy friend in front of her house and after about 2 hours of screaming she went into her house grabbed a thing of gasoline and set herself on fire on the sidewalk screaming, "This is what you did to me!" until she was just a lump of melted person on the sidewalk...<.<
...Are you fucking kidding me. THE GYM. What was their logic? "Hurr, dere be's a guy with a gun, durr, let's put all the fleshy targets in one big room, that'll keep them safe!"Vohn_exel said:The highschool I graduated from had some interesting stuff happen. Once we had a diesel spill and students were getting sick and so they evacuated everyone for a while. Then, in my math class, someone left a punctured can of pepper spray in the trashcan. We all started coughing, the teacher thought it was a joke until the good kids (like me! Yay...) piped up. We finished our class in the lunchroom, it was kind of cool. The main thing I remember happening, although I swear more did, was once a teacher tried to kill a student by choking her.
At the school I had previously attended (my family moved alot) a kid once locked himself in the bathroom with a gun and a girl. We never did find out if it was a gun and a girl or just a gun, but we all had to wait in the gym for hours. There were also the occasional bomb threats.
You turned it in?! Good God, why?toriver said:In high school I found a switchblade lying on the floor and turned it in. If I remember right, we had one bomb threat that led to a short lockdown, like only 15 minutes or so. One kid also committed suicide. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. We had some stoners, but they all dropped out by junior year. College was actually quite pleasant. They used the generally tight-knit campus community to their advantage for safety and security. If you tried to pull ANYTHING violent, you became an outcast. But for the average student, life was good.
lawl. i was reading that head part and was like "wtf..thats awesome" then got to the like a boss part lawllllLa Barata said:I typed a bloody novel before, but my internet ate it. TL;DR version: In grade 9, someone set my backpack on fire in the hall. In grade 10, someone attacked someone else with a shotgun in the parking lot and the school didn't bother with lockdown because the guy walked away. In grade 12, one of my VPs got fired for getting head in his office during school (LIKE A BOSS). Finally, they keep a shotgun under the desk in the office. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
