The shows people criticize me most for are: Psych, the Mentalist and :drum-roll: QI (how can you not love Stephen Fry, Alan Davies or Rich Hall I ask of you)

I think most people criticize me for liking both Psych and the Mentalist though I don't know how often they tell me it's the same bloody show.

I guess The Big Bang Theory too though... a lot of people online really seem to not like it and go as far as saying "Listen to it without the laugh tracks". If you listen to any comedy without laugh tracks though, it usually doesn't feel as funny thought there are some lines where the laughs are really unnecessary.
I like The Big Bang Theory but the canned laughter really bugs me. The clapping and wooping ones are worse. I think it reflects a lot on the quality of a sitcom if it's just unfunny and awkward without the canned laughter. The IT Crowd is, IMO, The Big Bang Theory done x10 better
Oh yeah, I love The IT Crowd! I really hope that the new series isn't a zombie one though like a lot of sit-coms turn into. The show might be dead but the body just keeps on moving :/

Yep.
I've never known anyone to openly criticise it, although most of the people I know watch it as a guilty pleasure.

I don't watch a lot of television, never mind discuss it with others, So I don't have anything else to add to the thread. Sorry.

Tosh.0 I know it's stupid, but I love it anyway. And the people who critisize it to me are people who watch Toddlers and Tiaras and Hoarders. Ironic huh??
Stupid fun is still fun. I like clip shows like Tosh.0 and Web Soup

Lost, I'll admit it's fasr from perfect but I really liked the series. Alot of peop;e complain about the ending but as a fan of The Prisoner, Twin Peaks and The X-Files I have to say it could have been much, much worse.

WWE and iMPACT wrestling programs. I understand perfectly that they're scripted. That doesn't take away the athleticism these folks have, nor their dedication to the show they put on. I understand if you don't like it and while it may be "fake" there's no doubt these people are well talented individuals capable of incredible feats and they do legitimately get injured and sometimes very badly.

The only show I watch that other people criticise, or have done so to me, is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Good or not, it kind of make you look like you be long to some sort of pederast grooming ring.

Should I even bother saying My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?
Or how about Anime in general? Not really(at all) a TV show, but they -are- on TV, they -are- shows, and people -do- criticize them for being Anime.

I would normally, but I recently saw a few episodes. It's not bad except for the part where I very nearly lost my mind. God damn, when I said it was a virus a long time ago,I didn't know I meant it literally...
That show is like a maelstrom of pastel colored ponies. There is no escape...

God I love Come Dine With Me, it's kinda gone from the thing I snarkily commented on to me going "Oooh, she's such a *****!" and "Tinned fruit! Gah!".

I get it, your not smart enough to see past the crude humor, don't try and drag me into your hell.

I both love and hate CDWM. I love Dave Lamb, the narrator but I can't stand the guests! They're usually so posh and rich £1000 is like loo roll to them. Apart from that hippy girl who looked through bins for her food and there was ants all over it x_x eww.

OT: I love a bit of Jezza Kyle. It's so bad it's good. I like it when he shouts "you should have put something on the end of it!"
Honestly, he doesn't deserve the hate he gets. He did a lovely episode with children who had disabilities or suffered something such a burns from a house fire and I was beefing by the end.
Apart from that, I only watch cool stuff. >_>
