*smashes hookah*

I don't really smoke, but my friend does... That blows. I know she'll be depressed.
No no, its just the cigs, im sure they will still sell the tobacco. They arent going to walk into a cultural discrimination suit that easily.
My friend and I used to go to the hookah bars.
We always used the weak excuse "it filters out the bad stuff". I hope they don't ban the flavored tobacco

Oh well, they made me lose interest in buying flavored cigarettes in the U.S. Wait a second, I don't smoke cigarettes! I smoke cigars! Flavored cigars!

They make me remember the good times I had with my only good ex. She loved raisin flavored cigars for some reasons.

?These flavored cigarettes are a gateway for many children and young adults to become regular smokers,?

Oh my gosh, the word "gateway" was used. Won't somebody please save the children.

In all my time on this planet I have never seen any body smoke flavored cigarettes. Except menthol. But all the other flavors, never saw them used by anybody except one person. Me. I went to Las Vegas. Since it was intended to try new things and I was already a smoker, I said sure. The flavored cigarrets taste just like ordinary cigarrets. All the "flavor" is placed on the filter. It gets on your lips, you lick your lips, oh my I taste peach. The actual smoke taste is as nasty as regular cigarette smoke. The only real difference is they can cost four times as much.

Man-ly Men don't smoke flavored cigarettes except menthol. Chicks don't smoke them because they cost more. Chicks are very cheap except when it comes to their boyfriends wallet.

All jokes aside, these are not gateway cigarettes. In the USA kids are banned from buying till 18. Those that get around this buy regular or menthol because the are less expensive.

Plus their homophobic friends will not let them hear the end of it. "Dude, that was awsome. You just rollerbladed of your parents roof and shattered your pelvis. I am going to post the video on youtube so the world can know how stupid you are. But first I am going to take a drag from my sour apple cigarette."

Shattered pelivis guy says, "F*G!"

i think the american government forgets that without tobacco it wouldnt be the country it is today. tobacco sales have helped pay for many expenses including the revolutionary war and civil war. also i dont normally smoke, but cloves were one of my favorite and now i cant get them anymore.

I think people should have the right to smoke, but I personally think its retarded (no offense o you smokers). So I'm kind of torn on the matter, while I oppose it due to its constraint on personal freedoms, I also like the fact that the government has taken the tobacco companies down a notch. I never saw the beneft of smoking: the serious increased health risks are balanced by what good side? I mean at least marijuana gets you high.

Thought this was done ages ago, and frankly, I'm glad it's finally done.

It's bad enough that cigarettes are chemically addicting as is, if they tasted good from the beginning then we'd be screwed. Lord knows we have health problems enough as is.

...As long as they don't touch the pipe tobacco. Royal Cherry Cavendish, ah yes. Hookah, shisha, pipe, bong...good stuff, man.

Heh, it's what happens with government. They start off with good intentions but only succeed in stamping out someones right to do something.

I think this is absolutely brilliant. They're already banned where I live in Australia (along with rushed computer game sequels). What astounds me more is that flavoured cigarettes were legal in the first place.

I hate to say it...but I kind of support this.

Back when I was in high school clove cigarettes were pretty much all that was smoked and it was smoked heavily. It was a lot of the kids starter cigarette. Don't get me wrong, none of them moved onto meth and even a few of them simply stopped after about a month of smoking, but it did lure them in and that is the point of what they were doing.

Anyway, I believe cigs should taste like cigs. If you need the taste of chocolate to stand them, then you really shouldn't be smoking.

Cigarettes are evil and smokers should pay high taxes for their filthy habit.

I'm of the opinion that it should be outright illegal.
Oh look, another control freak who thinks that government regulations will have any effect on how people act. If it is legalized people will get it anyways. But then geniuses like you have never figured that one out.

As for the ban, it will never work. People will just get the banned cigarettes off of the Internet. This is retarded and I expect America to be sued in International court for breaking trade agreements.

Lots of people are going to be pissed that they can't get Djarum's and Djarum Blacks. THis is ten tons of BULLSHIT.

Oh please. Tens of millions of kids started smoking cigs way before any of us were even born. They never had flavored cigarettes. Do any of you who support this really think it will get teens to stop smoking or even keep them from starting?

Because frankly, that is just a huge joke. It will have ZERO effect. This is just more BS that the politicians are trying to do to look good in the the eyes of the voters.
