Upcoming games you think are going tank

Duke Nukem Forever,
And finally, the worst of all... Skyrim.

I'm joking, Skyrim will sell faster than hot buns lodged in unreleased copies of the new Harry Potter book which depicts Hermione's bi-curious stage. I think I got that right.

Medal of Honor tanked? It sold well over 3,000,000 copies. If thats tanking, then I hope to hell The Witcher 2 tanks.

It only sold that much because of the heavy ad campaign and of course the controversy.

Still, I wouldn't call that tanking.

Perhaps realizing that sarcasm can't be expressed with two lines of printed text would be better.

Or you could have just read a couple more posts. Not exactly that hard.

Or your could have added some indication of sarcasm at the end which would have been even easier.

Then after the fact you attack people for taking your post at face value and not "reading all the posts" instead of going back and hitting the Edit button to correct your mistake. Which means, either you refuse to admit your sarcasm didn't translate, despite all the evidence to the contrary, or that you welcome people to misunderstand it so that you can attack them for it.

Homefront, i saw a recent gameplay trailer... Just pure fail and the whole "emotional attachment" thing would never work on me anyway... Well not in the way they're using it at least

yh, a game can sell very well at release because of hype and people havnt played it yet to say bad about it

Homefront(can anyone say COD rip? Besides, IO interactive already made a good US gets invaded game, it's called freedom fighters, if you haven't played it, LOOK FOR IT!)
Rage(seriously, I forgot it existed)
Bioware's star wars mmo(I don't like bioware for some reason, but regardless, it's not wow, it won't replace wow, and it probably won't live up to biowares expectations for it)
Games I hope tank(but probably won't)
MW3(I'm only renting it for the campagin and I won't touch the multiplayer, I'll be too busy playing battlefeild 3)
Dragon age 2(I can't stand bioware, they're over-hyped if you ask me)

I kind of anticipate Duke Nukem Forever will sell pretty well, but get mediocre reviews.
MW3 will of course do better than any of us hope it will.

A lot of people here seem to be confusing 'tank' with 'be bad'. To tank is to be a financial failure. I can't see games like Skyrim and Mass Effect being financial failures, no matter how bad they turn out to be. I can, though, most certainly see Rage tanking, mostly because the market's apparent complete lack of interest in the title.

I would put money on Duke Nukem being a commercial dissapointment. It'll do OK at best, but I doubt it will.

I hope Resistance 3 does well because its the last ps3 exclusive game done by Insomniac games.

you got your facts wrong insomniac will make multi platfrom games but the ratchet and clank series will still be PS3 exlusive all the exlusive series made by insomiac will stay exlusive they will yust start making other games for xbox

The next CoD game. They just released black ops and there are already rumors of someone else making the next CoD game now?

It'll be another dissapointingly short single player mode, some horde zombie mode, and the same crap online mode.


I think shooters need to bring back health bars, diverse classes, and health packs. Or atleast use them more often.
