Alex whistled. "Man, she's cute! Wish she'd have stayed longer." He turned to Cecily.
"Ok... What do you know?"
'Tootodile!' She waved back at Steve

Micheal smiled at the sight of his new Chikorida. It opened it's eyes and yawned before staring directly at him.
"Hey th-" Micheal recieved a full force tackle into his chest that knocked the air out of him. As he gasped for more air the Chikorida started rubbing against him, already attached to his new owner, "All... in good... nature" he panted.
He looked at the green pokemon and mulled over what he should name it, and remembered that story about the man with red hair and his Maganium.
"Chase!" He announced, Chase seemed to enjoy his new name and proceeded to rub against his shoulder. As he was doing that he turned his attention back to Matt and the smile he'd had before vanished.
"I didn't exactly tell her I was leaving home, I just up and left. I wanted to be like him so badly, I was willing to leave home without thinking but now I realize I'm going to be in for a heart break and so will the little guy."

Alex walked back to Matt, carrying Cecily like a cat again. She made a funny gurgling noise. "Shot down again. Hahahaha! So who's the new pokemon?" he massaged his jaw. "Maybe I should have been more aggressive."
"There was this trainer who came to Cianwood a long time ago. I forgot what his name was but I remember he had a Bayleef. He went through the gym trainers and Chuck only using that one pokemon. I wanted to be like him, but I don't know what happened to him."

"Oh, hey there Chell. But yeah, I'm excited to get out of here, maybe even drop by Goldenrod again to see how things have changed during my banishment" he said jokingly.

Alex looked thoughtful. He had always been told he looked incredibly hansome when he wasn't talking. But he always like to study the expressions on girl's faces. "So we have a Munchlax, a Torchic, and Cecily. Normal, Fire and Water. Hmmm... Cecily can get fish. Steve can forage for berries and what not. Assuming he doesn't eat them..."

The two pokemon nodded. Lulu raised his arms and Mug braced himself.
"Lulu! Use pound! Mug! Use scratch!"
Both pokemon charged at eachother, Mug jumped and scratched downwards and Lulu punched upwards. Their hands/arms/paws met and they moved backwards a few centimeters.
"Awesome! That's enough against eachother methinks."
"Uggle!"
"Kip!"
"Come on let's head out!"
Lulu jumped on Amy's head and Mug jumped infront of Amy and wrapped his arms around her neck.
"Oh, don't want to go in the Pokeball do ya? Ok."
She put her arms below him to stop him putting so much weight on her neck then began to head out.
She released Mr Muggles and Lulu jumped off her shoulder.
"Let's start training right away."

You may want to hang back for a few minutes" he said, running up to her to make sure she didnt disappear on them.
"Well, I mean that is the main reason he's giving out those Pokemon anyway" he said, Rojo shaking her head at Amy and her Pokemon in disbelief of their short-sightednes.
