The sad thing here is that if they did not put any african american zombies there, I can almosut assure you that this would also get them accused of racism.
Utter insanity.
Please don't let this one completely insane and utterly fucking stupid writer speak for the rest of us. Well, let it speak for Houston, that place is full of idiots, but people here in Austin tend to have a little bit more intelligence than that....

And on a different note.... WHAT. THE. FUCK. First, it's racist because all the zombies are black... then it's racist because there's a nice mix, but some of them HAPPEN to be black? Does that mean that, if you take a look at a city bus these days, and see a MIX of black and white people sitting in the back, that bus line is utterly racist simply because there's a FEW people that aren't white back there? Where does this complete blindness to the real issue begin? Racism wouldn't be NEARLY the problem that it is today if people would just let it go. The level of racism I see in the world today is mainly only magnified by the morons who can't help but make a dramatic issue out of everything they see, the people who find evil in everything, who can't live without constant drama filling up their lives.
Hey, hey hey, HEY! I don't appreciate your view of Houston. Houston encompasses a large area that includes many small cities outside of Houston. So inner city Houston is full of idiots, but the suburbs are okay except for the off moron.

"fight their way through hordes of zombies - with several of them who appear to be African-Americans." Several of them? Are they saying they're being racist because there are several of them or there isn't enough of them? Or are they saying that black people can't become zombies?

no worries, i'm really only referring to the inner city morons. the suburbs actually aren't all that bad. i mean, it's no austin, but i definitely couldn't compare it to the actual city.

You know what would be racist?
Ignoring the ethnic diversity of theses places and only using Caucasians.

Africa is predominantly black. The T-Virus is supposed to spread across the world.
New Orleans has a black community ergo...

I'm sick of these bleeding heart liberals trying to instill an issue where there isn't one.

To ignore these ethnic groups would be racist.

When people act like this I think of the 'Boy who cried wolf'. Racism exists, just as the wolf, but when you claim it is where it is not and people clearly know it is not they take the goals of racial equality less seriously and you are guilty of harming the cause for eliminating racism.

RE5 took place in Africa, guess what, there are lots of Africans in Africa. No one seemed to care when you shot Spaniards an entire game! It isn't racism when you represent an accurate representation of the races in a region. It is racism however if you decided to make it have one race over another (despite the realistic geographical representation) to appease people who want to shoot zombies of a particular race and not another (yes, preferring to shoot white zombies instead of black zombies is racist, and so is demanding a company to make it so).

Hopefully people ignore the boys who cry wolf and keep their eyes and ears open for real racism. Because it would be tragic if these boys stopped us from acting on stopping real racism when it occurs.

Oh my fucking god. It's not racist to have multi-racial enemies. What do they want, enemies of one race? Thats more racist than involving other races in the plot.

Games don't feature non-white characters, they're racist, they DO feature non-white characters, they're racist?

"That's some catch, that catch-22," he observed.
"It's the best there is," Doc Daneeka agreed.

These racist accusations are really starting to get on my nerves. I've killed billions upon billions of white people in video games playing as multiple races. If you play as black people, why would they even considering accusing the game of being racist? Are you really that offended?

Thats like saying if a guy eats 9 apple pies, but throws one out because a squirrel jumped in it, he hates apple pie.

/Facepalm.

So he complains about a game set in the 1800s when secession was still a popular idea. The confederate flag was a symbol of these Idea.

And the Left 4 Dead 2 one is just silly.

There are no black Zombies.....Only gray ones.

This guy is clearly an epic troll who managed to get Valve, various news outlets and a bunch of internet forum goers to believe he was serious with his crazy and ill informed accusations of racism.

I mean, no one's actually that stupid.

I don't see race either in a zombie horde. Shoot to kill. Anything and everything that tries to eat your brains. And the whole Call of Juarez flag being racist, it's the time period the game takes place. Like what obisean said, "It would be like complaining about Swastikas in a WWII game.

This is the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard.

What next? We have to eliminate skin color in games to avoid any controversy from crackpots?

"Buh duhh there's black people in Left 4 Dead 2!!!!"

Really shit for brains? I only thought it was goddamn New Orleans. I've never heard of black people in New Orleans or anything.

The man is aware that people of all races live absolutely everywhere in the United States right?

And for shame, not a tear for the tens of thousands of white people we've all personally killed in every game ever.
