Also, I'd like to recognize Cell from Dragon Ball Z. He's evil to the point of flambuoyancy and his arrogance borders on silliness. He's badass and amusing all at once. Much like Pegasus.

Can Buu go in there too? He's a giant pink fluffballs with a childs personality that turns people into assorted sweets and eats them. Where's the bad?

I can understand why someone would put him on this list, but I just wasn't very much of a Buu fan.

In "Justice League: The Tornado's Path", Grundy was awesome. It was difficult to not sympathize/understand him, at least somewhat, even if you didn't agree with his solution to his problem (and I didn't).

Yggdrasil from Tales of Symphonia, too. Just play the game.

I don't mean to sound like a nerd here but Boba Fett lives after that, he escaped and was still alive forty years later. He trained Han Solo's daughter (kinda).
