New guy at work is a fundie Christian/Hillsong. Then he made me lose the game... And then joined in when I started telling dead baby jokes!

So, how many of you want to murder me for making you lose?
But losing the game made me win the other game.

OT: I have an atheist friend who hates pagans...never would expect it.

People who think 9/11 was a hoax. And holocaust deniers.
Can you please explain how it is possible for the ground zero site to have molten metal on the remains of the steel spines?
And don't say it was the aviation fuel, it does not burn NEARLY as hot enough.

Ps. Don't think I'm denying that it was a fucking tragedy.
I don't want to start a war here so I'll ask the three major questions for you. Who did it? Why would they do it? And why hasn't anyone come forward with some legitimate proof? (i.e. documents, or whatever.)
Edit: Speculation is not proof.
Inside Job/To keep people scared and stupid/Scared of being assassinated.
Ok, then who did it? And why hasn't anybody been able to conclusively prove it?
I already said, it was an inside job!

And why do you ask me why no one has took their thumb out of their arse and took time to find proof only to be hated for years to come by idiotic patriots?
well if you read that page and are still holding your ground you're either a troll or a moron but whatever, i'll answer you.
an ordinary house fire can melt aluminium, so logically a huge burning office block with aviation fuel, oxygen generators, etc would seem to be more than capable of melting the thin aluminium skin of a plane. house fire temperature fires can become hot enough to cause steel to lose much of its structural strength, combine that with damage done by the impact and the upper floors colapsing onto the lower ones. does it really seem so implausable that a huge conspiracy is more likely?
as for iside job, just consider how many thousands of people would have to be involved and coerced into participating and keeping silent. consider how generally incapable governments are at organisation and secrecy, especially on so massive a scale. this is the problem with the vast majority of conspiracy claims, logistics.

anyway i got trolled yadda yadda whatever.

The majority of my mates love things like gaming, anime and movies.

Imagine my surprise when I bring up D&D to a chorus of "Oh that's only for nerds!".
Well duh. Gaming, anime, and all that stuff is for geeks. Only nerds, the lowest of the low, play D&D!

A girl i talked to was basically the class *****. You know the one who if you weren't in her initial group of friends within the first 1 and a half minutes of the first day you are instantly ignored.
She never talked about anything but the generic girly crap...and then i brought up the new iron man movie and she geeked out telling me about the comics.

Wasn't expecting that.
I have a friend who's a cheerleader and singer, very flirty. One day I asked her what was in her giant purse, and she pulls out two R.A. Salvatore books. Crazy stuff. I was like, o_O

Who you callin' lowest of the low boy? And I hardly see how this

somehow leaves you better off than this

We're in this together people (This goes to the MILLIONS of people who quoted me). And frankly I'd rather be enjoying my sessions of closer to real life goblin killing and dungeon crawling with friends then denying fun to watch shoddy dubs, awkward animations and unrelatable uncanny-valley characters just so you'll have an excuse to not look like a tool every time you post d(^-^)b

I was under the impression it was fairly obvious I was kidding. The whole dissociation is very silly.

A friend of mine is one of those "don't immunize your kids" people. It's really bizarre and kind of disturbing; she's a totally reasonable, rational person otherwise.

There was a really conservative guy in my history class, back at school. I think it may have been a charade, seeing as he came out with things like 'I'm naming my children Margaret and Ronald' and 'I'd rather my children smoked than didn't go to church'.
Anyway, he drank like a fish and routinely passed out on nights out. And when I last met him in a club, he scabbed a cigarette from me.
Funny, coming from such a straight-laced and allegedly clean-living guy.
Traditional english names are conservative?

I want to name my children things like, Richard, Edward, Elizabeth, Harold, Margaret et cetera. does this make me conservative?

He did it out of idolatry. Thatcher and Reagan respectively.

I can't think of many people that would accord to this thread but there is one. My sister, who is like an alien. Basically only 9's and 10's out of 10 (the scale of grades in the finnish school system) all up till the end of high school, plays clarinette, piano, sings, has always been very active with school activities, figure skated for like 10 years, and is basically a professional in anything she does.

But a few years back she denounced herself from church. That wasn't anything I was surprised at, and it's a very common thing here anyway. But since then she's been more and more against religion of any kind. She reads atheistic webcomics, reads atheistic literature, posts atheistic quotes to her FB page, and a few days ago she suggested that I'd listen to a comedian's anti-bible song. Now keep in mind that this is by far all fine by me, but she's becoming increasingly anti-religious so I fear that one day I'll have to yell her: "Stay the hell away from me! My religion is my own damn business you *****!"

I hope I don't sound like a preach-tastic wackadoodoo.

Yeah, this sort of thing happens to me quite often... "Hi, your what, 25? why are you in the fantasy section? "looking at D&D stuff" i say. "Isn't that for kids? unpopular, 12 year olds with acne issues?" I just sneered and turned the other cheek. plus, punching him would get me banned from the shop.

No, anti theist zealots are as annoying as any other type of zealot.

Creationism always gets me, it's a weird belief.

Apparently, she actually believes all of this, for real.
Wow, that's one the most determined troll sites of... ever.

EDIT: OK, here's a priceless quote directly off of the site:
"And, it is rather strange that you think you already know what the truth is, considering the fact that you do not have access to Top Secret government information. You simply base reality upon what the media tells you and what Earth's authority figures tell you. You're a tool."

This guy isn't even trying.
They keep telling you about all these top secret stuff and "truth" and whatnot, but there's one thing I always ask that no-one seems to be able to answer:

How do they keep themselves operational, telling everyone about their conspiracy of choice, without getting instantly shut down, what with ECHELON and stuff. You'd think that a secret world government would at least hack and erase sites shouting them out.

I guess any time anyone at all says they're creationist. I'm not trying to troll or anything, I honestly can't get my head around it. Oh, and if you are, don't try and tell me why. Please.

Oh, and when I found out my dad is a giant homophobe.
That pissed me right off.

Once in a while some hacker group from Russia fucks around with their heads hacking their sites and putting "CENSORED" over it.
It really gets them, i find it hilarious.

Could be a bit off-topic, but this one old friend of mine(who was an atheist) quited talking to me when he heard that I'm Christian.

That was few years ago and he still hasn't talked to me at all.
I'm an atheist, and your "friend" is being an ass!
I don't like it when people try to force their religion onto me,
none of my friends are atheists, and they aren't bothered by me being one!
