As she continued to listen in the direction she thought Monsoon was, she heard something moving behind her, the pattering of the rain hitting something metal behind her. She wheeled around to see Samus over someone. Taking a step or two forward she noticed it was Victoria on the ground. Taking one last look over her shoulders to see if Monsoon was trying anything she went over to the two. "Samus did you see what happened? Victoria you ok?" She shouted loudly to compensate for the rain.
"Look out for us alright!" Sophia requested of Samus before stooping down to Victoria. "Hey can you hear me?"

As Victoria slow propped herself up, Sophia helped support her as she wasn't sure how injured she was. The sole fact Victoria hadn't gotten straight up was indication enough that she wasn't quite right. "Hey, Victoria?" Waving her hand in front of Victoria a little.
"Look out for us alright!" Sophia requested of Samus before stooping down to Victoria. "Hey can you hear me?"

Monsoon's foot was knocked off course by Roland's shots, heading back to the main body.
Monsoon himself jumped on X9, trying to tank the bullets and pin the robot so he could stab him with the sai. Samus tried to shoot him off, but he sent a fist out like a bullet, clocking her in the jaw and forcing her to recover. she staggered back, near Vicky and Sophia, keeping an eye out for any further tricks. When Sophia asked her for cover, she nodded an affirmative.

Dace would knock one of his said out of his hands, but the pronged knife quickly thrusted at him like it had a mind of its own.

Guess I didn't roll far enough. Oh well. I press my guns into the sides of the cyborg's head and pull the triggers. Click, click. Both empty. Guess I'll let my other arms do their thing and hope he doesn't hit anything important with that little skewer of his.
Vicky shakily managed to stand back up, obviously still a bit wobbly on her feet. Though her right eye vision was still a bit fuzzy, her left eye allowed her to spot Monsoon again. Though she was still disoriented, she made an attempt to attack, charging at Monsoon and stabbing with her left hand, the glow of which had become brighter as a result of it starting to heat up.
Sophia looked on as Victoria ran off to fight Monsoon. She had tried to hold Victoria back so she could get a chance to stabilize, but since the rain was so heavy, her grip easily slipped. 'Could she not hear me?' She thought to herself as Victoria ran off, watching concerned as she couldn't really stop Victoria's advance now.
Roland fired the last round in his gun's cylinder at the sai heading towards Dace before scrambling to reload before Monsoon launched any more projectiles.
Roland's bullet hit, knocking the sai off course.
Monsoon stabbed at X-9 with the sai in the chest a few times before Victoria attacked. Not expecting her to recover so quick, he was knocked off, and Samus took a few popshots at him. The sai Roland had shot headed back to Monsoon, with Victoria between the weapon and its master.

OOC: Last post for tonight. I probably won't be back again until 14+ hours from now. I will check in the morning, for me, to see how things are going.
EMily activated Photon Form and started to gather the proper quantum mechanical data for a laser cooler beam.
Gwen tried to create a strong torrential gravity field attempting to bend Monsoon's parts in the wrong direction. Since she was at her maximum energy, this would be at least 2.5 times stronger than her first attempt at bending Monsoon.

Dace's barrage stopped the sai, but just barely.
Monsoon responded to Gwen's attack by separating into all his component pieces, splitting apart completely. The parts flew upwards, like a swarm of flying metal bricks, before crashing back down on Gwen lightning fast.
