[Chungus]

Ättacked?" Yeul repeated questioningly, looking to what scarring that was vissible on Samus, before looking back up to her face. "By what?"

Caius raised an eyebrow by a small margain as he listened to Yeul and Samus talk, more questions forming in his mind. He kept quiet for the time being, however, not wanting to interupt the conversation. Instead, he put the questions to the back of his mind.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"I do not know, and it may not be the case, but being attacked and thrown into the television makes more sense than me randomly blacking out and waking up in there." She noticed Yeul looking at her scars. "I can cover them if they disturb you."

 

[Chungus]

Yeul shook her head lightly. "It does not bother me. I had just thought they would be the scars of the wounds you sustained when you were allegedly attacked before being moved into the television." She explained. Near the end of the sentance, a hint of disbelief entered Yeul's voice, the idea of one entering a device still hard to believe.

"You say that, but 'randomly appearing' is what happened to many here." Caius chimed in, crossing his arms again. "It does not seem so unlikely in light of that. The events may even be connected, afterall."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus considered what Caius said, reluctantly nodding in agreement.

 

[Chungus]

"Perhaps this latest occurance should be investigated?" Yeul suggested, slowly looking between Samus and Caius.

Caius gave a small nod in response, glancing down to Yeul. "We might. We have no better leads." He confirmed, then looked back to Samus. "Did anything unusual happen while you were inside this television world?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus nodded to Yeul, then recounted what she had told the others. About the environment, Seras, Teddie, her Shadow, her Persona, everything.

 

[Kirke]

You are awoken from your sleep when your communicator beeps, letting you know that there will be a mission soon. You prep your ship, and soon a squad of four soldiers walk into the hangar. You go out and greet them, noting that most of them have HF-machetes strapped to their back. After you take off, you are directed towards Japan. The flight takes a couple of hours, as the mission is not urgent. On the way, you are informed that an extradimensional apart from the main group has been spotted, and you are to bring it in for questioning. The E.D. is hoped to come peacefully, and you are told to try diplomacy while the squad waits as backup. When you reach Tokyo, you consider taking the same landing spot as the last time, but instead decide on a parking lot in downtown. It is the middle of the night when you step out, leaving the squad to guard your ship as you head out to find the E.D. You are not sure where to look, so for the moment you walk around the dark and mostly empty streets.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Oh well that's good." Sophia grinned a little as she dipped her brush into the lacquer and started working to add some shading and depth to the figurine. "So do you normally pilot this big ship by yourself?" She eventually asked after pondering a good question.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans began reassembling the weapon, considering how to answer the question. "I focused on flying the vessel, yes. unit 2138 was the gunner. he operated the weapons. He unfortunately was left with the rest of my squad when I appeared here."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

Shara would see a figure wearing baggy jeans and a hoodie that was much too large for them walking in her general direction. If she had good eyesight, Shara may make out a mask of some kind under the figure's hood.

 

[Zepherus14]

Making careful strokes as she added in the detail, Sophia's vision didn't hold her back at such a close distance, her steady hands was all she needed. "Unit 2138? Do you know what his name is, Hans?" Sophia looked up from her work as she spoke.

 

[Chungus]

"So... this place, this realm, one would face the negative feelings of one's self made manifest?" Caius questioned, shifting position a little and breaking eye contact. The prospect of investigating the midnight channel became quite a bit less appealing. Both due to the fact on its own, and the danger such an encounter would pose. "I suppose this does decrease the likely hood of this place being connected to the appearances on this world, as no one has stated anything of the sort."

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans slowly inserted the fuel tank, and lit the pilot light on the weapon he held, a small flame sprung up in front of the nozzle, shading the back section of the Valkyrie. "We called him Bach. He liked to tap out beats. He enjoyed conversation while we were flying to a drop off point. He hated maintenance, let me do all of it. We understood each other." Hans' shoulders slumped, and his breathing grew a bit faster. "Excuse me for a moment." he requested, maintaining his neutral voice. He placed the gun on the floor where he had been sitting and stood.

 

[Kirke]

You see the hooded figure, and though you can't make out who or what it is, you do realise it isn't quite normal. You call out a greeting as you walk closer.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"But it raises further questions. If it has nothing to do with how we arrived here, why is it here?" Samus asked.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

The figure looked up at Shara and responded to the greeting. Shara would note the voice was a little feminine, and had an accent Shara would be completely unfamiliar with. The figure's mask, now a more visible, may be slightly familiar to Shara.

 

[Zepherus14]

Hearing Hans' breath quickening, Sophia sat up a little bit more, unsure if something was wrong or maybe he just had a tickle in his throat or something. "Are you alright over there?" She asked, placing the brush on the lid of the can as she watched him. Her tone didn't seem alarmed, more she simply wanted to check on him.

 

[Kirke]

You frown, the figure seems familiar somehow, but you can't quite pin-point from where. However, you guess that it is somebody you met during your time in Japan. You say that she, though you can only guess at his or her gender, seems familiar. You introduce yourself as Shara.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans grabbed his crutch, and walked outside. he stood in the pouring rain for a moment, then removed his helmet. After a moment of consideration, he took off his gasmask as well. He looked up in the skies, and then looked down, rain pouring over his shaved head and dripping off his chin. his greatcoat, treated to resist water, streamed the water to the ground. after a few seconds standing there, he turned back and hobbled back into the craft. "I am fine Sophia." he informed her, though his eyes were red. he dripped water until he pulled off his great coat and placed it on the seat opposite where Sophia had stashed her raincoat.

 

[Chungus]

"Possibly it is simply another appearance of something that does not belong in this world, brought here through the same method as ourselves and an unknown number of other things." Caius stated, recomposing himself, although the difference would barely be noticeable.

"It could also be in the same vein as this bounty store; a thing capable of moving between worlds by their own power." Yeul chimed in, slightly raising her right arm with her index finger pointing up. "I have no theories on why this phenomenon does what you say it did." She began to continue, lowering her arm, then pausing for a moment. "Perhaps you and/or Seras should go back and speak to this Teddie. He may have the answers."
