EMily and Winona would be surprised to find the costume shop... didn't really look like any sort of costume shop they'd seen before. Probably the biggest difference being a considerable lack of costumes. There were large displays of the costumes available with posters and mannequins wearing costume pieces and sets, but the actually rows and isles looked more like something you'd find at a Blockbuster, record or an HMV store. The isles themselves displayed little patch looking objects, arranged similar to a card stand at a dollar store, or a record shop. The store itself was quite large, and although the four had seen quite a few people walking around with the costumes, there wasn't a lot of people in the store at the moment. Maybe only 15ish in total minus the staff.
From the glance that the two had, it would seem like the center of the store had more single item things, while the perimeter had more specialty things.

"Because, I don't?" Sophia answered back to Matilda, not sounding angry or annoyed by the question, if anything a bit stumped as to how to answer the question eloquently. "It's the same reason why you don't have a tail, or ears on top of your head. I just don't have sweat glands to make the sweat."

"I see. Alright then.""I was having a conversation with your ascociate, but we're finished now." Elm answered Sam. With the file transfer finished, Elm disconnected the plug from the socket on Bladewolf's back, and retracted the cable, sliding the pannel on the arm back afterwards. "Thank you for the files." It said, although wherther it was sincerely grateful or reciting a line was impossible to tell, even with a largely organic-sounding voice.
Sam shrugged to himself with a soft hmm, then looked back down to Bladewolf, speciffically. [color=edc393]"We should keep in touch."[/color] He stated. [color=edc393]"Has your radio frequency changed since you left Desperado?"[/color]
[color=006d5b]"Oh, so it's to do with you being a 'beast-kin', then? Maybe we could find you a hand fan or something."[/color] Matilda replied. She stopped, staring off into the distance silently as she thought about where one could buy such a thing.
"Ya I'll be there in just a minute!" One of the staff members said, another woman asking a question to the staff member EMily hailed a moment before she did.
As the duo waited, another woman walked into the store, looking of a Dutch descent. She had a little look around before spotting EMily as she walked to get a better look at her from the front. "Ah hey, onother Lady Blue fan...?" She said, her English having a distinctly noticeable Dutch accent to it. When she was in front of EMily she stopped as she had another look over EMily. "Hold on a minut, yours is difrent. What's úp with det EM you got on your apron?" She gestured to the odd hiccup in EMily's costume.

"You sure a fan like that would do anything? Wouldn't it just blow more hot air into my face?" Sophia asked, actually unsure if that was a reasonable way to think of the problem. "But yes, it's something with being a ferret beastkin, that's correct."

"I swear, this is sheer coincidence. Although I'm quite surprised at the similarities at that one cosplayer. I had heard about this character, but I didn't know what she looked like. The EM on the apron stands for electromagnetism. I'm a physicist, so it's my favorite force of nature."

"I swear, this is sheer coincidence. Although I'm quite surprised at the similarities at that one cosplayer. I had heard about this character, but I didn't know what she looked like. The EM on the apron stands for electromagnetism. I'm a physicist, so it's my favorite force of nature."

"I see no reason to disallow it." Elm responded in turn, hovering back to the jet-bike. Ticking in its arms, it inserted itself into the slot again, and locked itself into place, starting the hover engine thereafter.
[color=edc393]"Well. Time for us to go our seperate ways again. Take care."[/color] Samd said to Bladewolf, looking to him again, greeting by placing the index and middle fingers against his forehead, then pointing them towards Bladewolf. Walking to the jet-bike, Sam got on.

Seras was idly looking around the costume shop, looking for anything that might be considered practical.
Faro was looking pretty bored until be found a display area with prop weaponry, which he started to look at.

Sophia looked at Matilda skeptically for a moment before eventually trying it herself. To her surprise, the air did feel a bit cooler. "Well that's a bit of a surprise." Sophia mumbled to herself, looking back to Matilda. "Maybe it does, if however little it does. Maybe if I spot a fan I might get one, but I don't think I'll go out of my way for one, thanks though."

The way things were looking, the employee would be busy for a while, the woman that was talking with him seemed to be quite elderly, and she was armed, with coupons. The horror of the scene was staggering.
"For a copple of years now, ektually. It's an anime, in fact." Lotte answered back, the way she said it seemed like she wasn't interested too much personally, but didn't mind informing the two. She then followed the two's gaze, wincing at the poor employee. "Would you like me to maybe point you in a copple of places? Not to brag or anything, but I did make some of the costume here, after all." She said, blowing on her knuckles and rubbing them on her shirt.

"It's not like we can't just make one either though, all we need is some folded paper?" Sophia offered back. With the hat she wanted, Sophia would help out Matilda get the clothing she needed, even picking up a couple extra articles herself for a change just so she had an excuse to do something else later on as shopping had never been something she'd found that exciting in particular.
"What do you mean...? This is like a costume store...? What way wer you thinking they'd be arranged?" She asked back to EMily, a look of very pronounced confusion. The way a person would look if someone asked why a library had books lined up in a shelf. Eventually though she shrugged, looking down to Winona. "I'd be glad to. Also, what were your names, again?" Lotte asked as she started to lead the two around the store in a clockwise fashion, leading them away from the cash initially.
