Addressing Alek Eragon unfolded his arms. "I don't know...the Library is the only thing I've come across that seems to interlink everything that occurs." He looked down. "Both Joel and Rugal completely dissappeared from the face of this world and were given...something information probably that would allow them to achieve a goal set by whatever dwells within the Library." He held his hands open "I wish I had more information but this is all I've came across in my time here but if we find Joel maybe he could tell us more." Maybe Joel could also tell him where Saphira was and that was reason enough not to destroy him...yet. "We should deal with Joel first but be mindful of the possibility that there is something bigger occuring."

Julia replied to Joe "Yes, but I suspect Joel would tell you his lovely story about how the doctor at his mental hospital raped him."
Wait... Is Eragon talking about Doc Sparkle's Library?

Interlink everything that occurs? Alek thought, that was something to consider. He hadn't given up hope yet of returning to his world, and this library might hold the keys to that goal. But, given what Eragon said, whatever he learned would be at the discretion of... something. Something with its own agenda, but didn't everyone have one. It was worth thinking about, anyway. "I could help with your search, Dromaeus." Alek offered.

As Eragon spoke, a portal opened above them and Takashi Kumoro dropped from the other side, a baseball bat dropping next to him. He was unconscious and had bruises and cuts all over his body, showing signs of having been involved in some sort of battle. The bat next to him was bloodied and dented in some places, but was still in great shape.

"You get used to it." Alek said, almost completely unfettered that someone had emerged from a rip in space. "It gets old rather quickly."

One of Preginald's soldiers burst into the conference room and hands Preginald a note. Preginald announces to the group, "Looks like Joel is trying to flush us out. I've just received news that an explosion destroyed Wellington, which is about a couple dozen miles from our location. Good news is that some of my surveillance teams spotted what looked like the same helicopter Reno and Rude were using. It was spotted leaving the city shortly before the explosion. If we head out now I'm sure we could catch them."

"I would appreciate that, Alek. First, we need to get to this... Massachussetts. Is it nearby?"

Dromaeus threw a bottle of plentiful healing to the Hunter.
"Give him that."

"Erm..." Joe looked at Julia. "Well.. eh... WAIT how the hell do you even know that? Wouldn't that be something rather private?!"

Joe didn't like where this was going but it was a valid point.

Eragon looked at the man who fell into the room. "Stand back" He said before looking over the body. Cuts and bruises a simple fix. Eragon held up his palm and said "Waíse heill" and light bathed the wounded man, knitting his cuts back together.

Julia looked at Will. "Not in this one either. Not at all. And Joe, I know that because we interviewed Julian Calley's assistant after Joel tried to take Calley Corp over. He told her that."

Takashi blinked once or twice.. He found himself surrounded by a bunch of unfamiliar faces and in his shock, he suddenly sprang up and threw a punch at Hunter while drawing a steel trench knife from his pocket, not knowing where his bat had ended up.

Rising from his task Eragon said "I have healed him." He announced as he noticed everyone clamering to offer their own healing methods. Before anyone else could react the man arose and threw a punch at Hunter Eragon grabbed the mans arm before it could connect and held onto it.

"So, which do we deal with first?" Alek asked, getting up to look over the new arrival, "The hunt for Joel, the explosion, or this person?"

"Wait...Julia...are you from this world? Because Joel is not, as far as I know, I haven't seen any other creatures like you here." Will asked as he suddenly became curios as to how she knew so much about Joel and this world.

The Merc rose, drawing his handgun. "This person. Check him for Joel's mark."
"I'm from Joel's world. I came through after him. We kinda have our own little 'Joel Department'."
