"HOLY CRAP!!" Omega just about soiled his non-existent pants. "It just teleported in here!?"
Omega was speechless, nothing he'd ever seen before even remotely compared to the beast.

Joe snapped awake, something was going on at the base, he knew it. Everyone including Preginald seemed to be asleep. "Should I go check it out?" he thought sitting there.

"Erm... H-Hi there. I-I'm Omega... and um...?" Omega was quivering, the dog man with the sword was terrifying.
Will, a man who had survived some of the most vicious battles of the Civil war and came out as the victor (more often than not), was thoroughly intimidated. "OJ...perhaps you'd like to get on the, what do they call it...r-radio! Yes, get on the radio and tell our comrades that, if their not doing anything terribly important, they might want to come back here and meet our...new friend." he said with the slightest tremble in his voice.
After they were addressed Will steeled his nerves. "If we're making introductions then I am General William Tecumseh Sherman. You wouldn't happen to be Joel Calley would you?"

Just then Alek woke up! "You ready, Omega?!" Joe shouted. "Y-Ya!" Omega wimpered.

'Well I've never met the man...personally, but, why do you ask?" Will started to answer the question truthfully but thought withholding information at this point might keep things from turning ugly.
This statement intrigued Will. 'I may die here, but if I can send this thing after Joel...' "Are you looking to kill my allies?" he asked, hoping that it didn't sound suspicious.

Alek finally got control of his mind once more, the room stopped spinning and he could understand the concept of depth again. Standing up he saw that General Sherman and Omega Joe were petrified of... something. Despite most of his allies, this was probably the closest to a Darwinist beast that he had seen since entering this world. Most of his allies were just animals mixed with people, and he was fairly certain that the Darwinists prohibited human experimentation, even they had something akin to morality. This new thing was... horrifying. Alek froze. He couldn't move, even if he wanted to, he was paralyzed with fear.
