OOC: I'll just slide in...

Will suddenly found himself on the hover bus. He just managed to to see Joe running into the large building that was in front of the bus. He decided that was probably where everyone else was so he followed.

As soon as he entered the building he saw several uniformed men with firearms. One looked at him and said, "Excuse me sir but, are those weapons real?" Will began to get nervous as the guard put a hand on his gun. But another guard said, "No, no dude. He's probably with that reenactment group that's around here. The metal detector's broke so just let him through." And Will was let through, and, after asking where his companions went and getting directions, he went to where they would be.

OOC: Probably would not work in real life, but meh.

The others were still conversing with the mouse, when Joe decided to look through the window. He saw the General making his way to the auditorium, so Joe ran out to guide him to where the others were.

"Sorry if I was running a bit too fast for you back there..." Joe laughed as he scratched the back of his head.

After walking for a bit he saw Eragon and walked up to him. "Hello. Are the others in there?" he asked, pointing at the door closest to him. "Yes." he replied. So Will entered the room. "Joe! Good to see you made it out of that base, is Alek alright?" he asked as he saw the stickman.

"Wait don't you remember I dragged both you and Alek down those hallways? Did you hit your head?! Did I do that?! Alek is ok, a little on edge, but ok." Joe looked at William with a confused face as he mentioned the base escape to Joe.

"No, no. I'm fine. It's just that whole escape is more of a blur than anything else. It's good to know everyone made it out alright." Will said. "Would you happen to know what's going on?" he asked.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Not really... When I got there everyone wasn't really saying anything important... but there is a talking mouse there!" Joe looked away for a second with his fingers stroking his non-existent beard.

Joe swiftly turns to face William again. "I'm hungry, want to get something to eat?"

"Sure." Will said.

OOC: I am also eating so replies may be slow.

"Great!" Joe turned around raising his arm to look for somewhere where some food was.

Omega climbed up onto Joe's head. "Good morning!" He said sleepily.

"It's not the morning it's the middle of the afternoon silly!" Joe looked at Omega.

Just then a scent came up to Omega's nose. "I... smell... BACON!!" He jumped off Joe's head and started running towards the origin of the smell.

"I guess we're going this way!" Joe shouted to William as he hurried to follow Omega.

"Fine." Will said and followed.

As Omega Joe rounded the corner he almost fell to his knees there in front of him read the sign 'Bacon-fest!'

"I've died and gone to heaven haven't I?" Omega said as tears started to well up.

"A festival devoted to bacon? I can believe it." Will said as he saw all the college students waiting in line.

Joe picked up Omega, putting him back on his head. "Alright lets get some bacon."

As Joe started into the festival area, a man dressed as a large strip of Bacon jumped out at them.

"HELLO VISITORS!! My name is Bob the Bacon Strip, is this your fist time visiting the campus? I ask because you don't seem to be from around here." Bob asked.

"You could say something like that... We're just here for Bacon." Joe answered, he was a little put off by Bob, the costume was really cheesy.

"Well you've come to the right place. We have our sampling tent over there, the bacon cooking classes over there, and in 2mins we're going to be holding the 25th annual 'Bacon Eating' contest!" Bob announced.

Omega perked up at the last part. "Bacon Eating Contest!?"

OOC: There seems to be no plot development now for some reason.

"Joe...perhaps that's not a good idea. Doing something like entering an eating contest may draw unwanted attention to us." Will warned.

Omega looks at William, then down at Joe. "You know he's right!" it pained Joe to agree with William on such a heinous statement, but they would draw unwanted attention when they would win...

"So if we aren't doing the Bacon eating contest, what's your ide~?" Joe looked back at William, but was cut off right at the end as he felt Bob still standing near them.

"Dude you're creeping me out..." Joe stared at Bob over his shoulder.

OoC: Ya it's like everyone is leaving, and we can't really go anywhere because the people with the main plot are gone...

I guess while there is down time, do you think Joe is OP? I try to hit the roll of comedy relief and support, but really don't want to be OP... (as my character makes literally anything in 2D...ya...)

Alastair noticed the idiotic joe and will leave the room for a bacon contest. He had caught them up in minutes. "The bacon contest is begining 1 spot left!" Alastair loved a compotition but was laughing when he saw omega. He was up against Omega!!! He couldn't help but burst out laughing."Ready!,Steady!,GO!" Alastair was in the lead of Omega since he couldn't even reach the table! Alastair finshed 1st place, Then 2nd place went to Omega. "Good game!" Alastair said before giving Omega a BBQ Chicken Leg. Alastair picked up a strange liquid named Dr Pepper. He quickly got addicted to the stuff. He walked into a gun training where a Student was practising. "Hey! Dont swing swords like that!" Alastair trained the boy whilst waiting for anyone to come in.

Artie watched three of the group leave. "God damn bacon-fest. Right. Let's assume it is Joel. Here's what I know;
When he was a child, his twin sister died in her sleep. Joel thought it was his older brother.
He also started having visions of Miranda whenever there was any sadness around.
Joel was eventually sent to a mental hospital because of his paranoia and because he was seeing the dead.
His father died and left Calley Corp to Julian. Joel thought that it should have gone to Lorelai, his mother, because he still blamed Julian for Miranda's death.
Joel then spent most of his life creating..." Artie scrawled one of the symbols from before on the board. "one of these. These points were events of misery. Joel is an idiot, so he fucked everything up and the machine failed. I then manipulated Julian into believing he had sold me the company for a feather and some beads. Joel fell for the trick and I distracted him while Valae attacked him from behind and Melusine ripped Miranda open. I put him in a coma and everything was fine. Of course, the machine awakened a lot of powers, which is why this class started. I got a job as a lecturer and was doing fine until now."
