As the Mydraal swung at Joe Travis jumped in and blocked the slash. "C'mon Scary, let's dance" Travis said as there blades were still connected. Travis pushed the Mydraal back and waited for a response.

OoC: I am so thankful Joe is still in the fog... or else he would fall into a stupor when the ship came.

"Don't talk to the Myrdraal." Mat warned, hefting his spear. "Where is he?!" Mat shouted as the black-robed figure raised its own blade. "No answer? Fine. I can find out on my own, after I kill you. Carai an Caldazar!" It was an old war cry, and one Mat remembered vividly as Power-wrought spear met Thak'andar-forged blade.

Mu turned and saw Mat fighting the Myrdraal. Will and Joe were next to them. He sprinted at them, and grabbed Joe and Will, hurling them at Gamma. "Need a hand?" he asked Mat.

"Mr. RASH!!" Joe shouted as he flew over to Gamma, opening his arms for a hug, and then he saw the ship...

 

[Random berk]

As Shepard and her team moved towards the edge of the fog, they spotted the Myrdraal again. Shepard lined up for another shot, as did Garrus, but at that moment a Russian appaered, roaring out of the fog with his knife held at the ready. He made for Shepard and although she was able to block the stab, he crashed into her and brought her to the ground. The others forgot the Myrdraal and turned to help her. Headbutting the Russian in the face, she rolled over so that she was on top of him. Kneeling on his wrist so that he couldn't strike, she charged her right fist with her biotics, then punched him in the face, splattering his head against the ground like an egg. Grabbing her pistol she aimed for the Myrdraal, but once again Mat and the man with the energy sword blocked her shot.

 

[Arrogancy]

OOC: I'll be gone for a moment. If you kill the Myrdraal, that's fine. I'll explain everything once we leave the fog.

Gamma caught Will and Joe and gently put them on the ground. "Epsilon! Bring the chopper around!" he yelled.
The helicopter switched on, and the AI flew to the co-ordinate lock on Epsilon.
"GET TO DUH CHOPPAH!" he yelled, chuckling. Team 1 hopped in, and Team 2 climbed onto their bikes.
"Lenin's been dead for about 200 years. And Russia is no longer communist. Just... Just saying." Theta yelled at Foley.

 

[Zepherus14]

Foley was gunning down wave after wave of russian troops. Their basic ballistic weapons done little damage to his armour, seeing this the russians started to fire RPGs at him trying to stop his attacks.

An rpg exploded on the ground sending foley flying through the air. "Fucking commies, i can do better", dropping his mini gun foley unslung the fatman over his back, he placed a mini nuke in the reciever and aimed. "Say hello to lenin for me, you red pricks". Pulling the trigger sent the mini nuke ringing through the air, it landed on the main line of russian paratroppers exploding with a blinding light killing the troops instantly it sent a shock wave knocking over and blowing up cars, smashing in windows and knocker the few that where left.

After the explosion a small mushroom cloud hung over the impact zone and filled the air with a dark fog. " i love the bomb".

Um what?

"I don't enjoy being throw around like that." Will said as he was ushered into a strange flying contraption.

I'm here for a while yet.

As Jack heads towards the airport, he passes by a printing warehouse. As he walks along the parameter fence, something catches his eye. Hoping the fence, he walks towards the odd drawing on the wall. Jack smiles as he recognises it as one of the portals that the stickmen used to rescue his competing at Preginals base. He steps through, and emerges moments later in New York, a short distance away from the group.

OoC: um... sorry to say Knives but you can't do that. Well not unless Jack is in fact 2D, otherwise the portal won't be active for you... Why is no one listening, I've been over this a couple of times...

Joe and the guy with the glasses fought each other, the clash of their swords sparked as they fought across the city.

Ah, my bad. I'll fix my post when I have acsess to something other than an iPod touch screen.

The Wayward Vagabond had hidden as soon as the fighting had begun, takeing shelter in a nearby alleyway.
Jack Noir watched as the Russian troops attacked, then as the fog had rolled over everything, smothering the street. He was content with waiting it out from the 5th floor fire escape when a figure ran into the alley, wrapped in filthy rags. Jack smiled, and started to descend. He had an old friend to meet.

"Well looks like you've got this under control," Travis said to Mat, "Good luck. I'm gonna go help clear out these Russians." Travis turned to an approaching squad of Russian soldiers and began cutting them down as he had done before.

It's fine, I really need to explain how all of Joe's power work at some point... It's hard for everyone when Joe doesn't have a reference on how he works.

OoC@spudevil: It's more the nuke part that I don't get, wouldn't it hit everyone?

Seeing that his other companions were not yet ready to leave, Will took the opportunity to continue picking off enemy solider as he waited.

Mu turned to the Myrdraal, and aimed his gun. The Myrdraal raised his sword and slashed Mu's chest open, then rammed the blade through his skull.

 

[Random berk]

Shepard heard a scream behind her, suddenly cut short. She looked back to see one of the Delta team members fall, killed by the black armoured creature.

"Keep going, get to the Hammerhead!" She shouted. "I'll catch up!" Turning back to the Myrdraal, she raised her Carnifex again. A massive explosion caused both figures to stumble, but they regained their balance simultaneously. At that moment the creature stared right at her with its eyeless face, its colourless lips peeling back in a ghastly snarl. Shepard felt an inexplicable wave of fear wash over her, but banished it, and stayed calm as the thing raised its sword.

"I've seen far worse than you." She said in a loud, firm voice, aiming deliberately where its eyes should be, and pulling the trigger.
