As Evaline dashed over to Loki, he briefly wondered how she moved as fast as she did, but paid it little mind, figuring it was some sort of spell. "That would depend. Before we move on, I must ask; Are you up for a gamble?" Loki asked Evaline, still smiling, as he was in the best mood he had been since arriving in Anilam.

Icarus smirks. "You seem to have me at a disadvantage. My wind magic isn't as potent in this space as it is in the open. I guess I'll just have to deal with it..." He raises his axe as winds begin to spin around it. And then brings the axe down in a fluid quick motion creating a powerful cutting whirlwind with the force of a tornado.

As Icarus starts summoning wind around his axe, she holds out her hand and the mist hardens into a scythe yet again. Not even blinking an eye at his tornado, she simply slashes at the air with her scythe and a black wave cuts through the tornado and heads toward Icarus. She continues on her leisurely pace after the wave, walking in the split in the tornado the wave creates. [color=bb66bb] "That's quite a shame. Perhaps we should move outside so you have a chance."
