(To Noel: Oh don't worry. You've been thinking "to" me, so to speak. It comes naturally for me to listen to thought directed at me in this manner. And I've got no intrest in what secrets you may hide, or opinions you wont voice. While I understand human social stuff, I am still quite bored by it. Good day to you.)
"Thought she was making fun?" Echo said to Noel. She then sighed and shook her head, rubbing her temples at the same time. She also smiled back at Makoto.
Cynane decided to try and sell off the Epitaph Blade first, and headed into the weapon shop. Inside she took a few minutes to wander around, examining the wares. Though many were expensive and included some fine examples of Legaian weaponsmithing (I'm assuming this is the same shop where Rex pawned his rocket launcher) she seemed decidely uninterested by the blades and close combat weapons, and only mildly more interested in the firearms which were far more advanced than her bowgun. Heading to the front desk, she unslung the heavy sword, laid it on the counter with a thud, and waited for someone to come out from the back.
Noel shrugged. "Well its quite obvious that you don't want anything to deal with me so good day." Noel got up and decided to walk back into the hotel.
"Very well then. Let us be on our way." Loki stated as he turned around and left the government building. "By the way. Did you learn anything of interest during your stay in this place?" he asked Rita as he walked, moving at a relative slow pace to alow her to keep up.

The Rookie got up and started walking back towards the wagon.
(To the Rookie: Hey trooper, how are you on supplies and such?)
He shrugged, then raised two fingers.
(To the Rookie: Two days worth? Head to the shops, I think I can "convince" the shopowners to give us some stuff.)

Ness yawns a bit as she wakes up in her room. Right... We're moving cities today... I should really get myself organized a bit before we move then. As she walks down to the hotel lobby, she gives Noel a little wave as she sees her before walking over to the receptionist. "Excuse me, is there some sort of newspaper available here?" If the Wild Lands doesn't work out... I could always use a backup plan to find out what it is we were sent here to do.

"This particular weapon isn't one of my own commission, nor is it Xiphatian." She replied. "I found it on a mining expedition near a volcano where I come from. It's a relic from an ancient race that disappeared back beyond living memory. Well beyond living memory. This blade carries some of their arts which aren't fully understood, as you can see from the Epitaph here. It also carries something that we've called the Dragon effect, which is also present in weapons imbued with the aspect of some of the Elder Dragons. It's a sort of black lightning that rots flesh when it cuts. Beyond that, I can't tell you how it works. It's worth a lot for its properties and its history, but This weapon is artificial. Made of materials cut from the ground, not from a slain Dragon. I don't believe in using such a weapon, and I'm not great at using a heavy blade anyway. So, here I am." She wondered if the shopkeeper would be more intrigued or put off by the way her partly explained religious beliefs affected her view of the weapon, and by it's mysterious past.

Returning to the hotel room, Noel activated the armor assembling as she sighed again once it was complete. As the last piece snapped and popped into play, she exited the hotel room and walks over to Ness. "Oh hello there. Savranth was wondering to move out... maybe to Granite Pass or another city."
"There's a tablet you can read up on the news in the lobby, if you want, miss." The receptionist informed Vanessa.

I can't see too many people wanting this sort of blade... I mean there are Xiphatians that maybe able to lift this blade, but not too many Legaians have the sort of equipment to boost their strength this much." The shopkeeper said, looking over the sword, looking for cracks, breaks, scratches, or other marks, and trying to identify the type of material.

"You learned more then myself then. The only thing I have to show for my efforts are some credits I made by selling things that I like was not going to use." Loki remarked as he left the city. As he walked, his suit glwed orange, and when the glow died down, it was replaced with his regular attire. "Oh. And to elaborate on that instance where this person likely came close to detaining me, I prevented that by claiming I was a traveling businessman from this place called the Wild Lands. So should this come up, do play along, please."
