"Well, this city is called Palladein. It's a trading port in the south of the Calibethan Empire. We're next to the Anma River that leads to Calibeth City." Father Ysha stated. "Anything in particular you'd like to know?"

It wouldn't take that long for Cybil to find what she may assume were guards; two men in white leather armour, with blue cloaks on their backs and swords at their hips.

As EMily looked through the notes, she would learn a fair amount about how sail- and oar-based ships worked. However, there would be no sailing technology more advanced than that.

"Hunting for a guard to ask about magic was your idea, wasn't it?" Robin commented before wandering off with Cybil, soon meeting the two apparent guards.

EMily sifted through the notes. She didn't want to give anything that would be far too advanced for the people to understand. So she thought up that there might be some room to introduce steam technology. Thinking for a few minutes on how to present this, she came up with three sections of notes to present:
1. The volumetric expansion of gases under different temperatures, with details on the ideal gas law from thermodynamics as well as its first law (she would leave the other two to be eventually discovered by these people). She would also emphasize the need to experiment on these laws in a controlled scientific environment before any attempts at applications are to be made.
2. The idea of steam being used to transfer energy. Along with how much energy it would take to convert water into steam with the idea of latent heat of vaporization (the energy required to convert a liquid into a gas.) Again, she would stress on the experimentation to get a firm idea on how these laws work. After all they would have different units of energy and temperature. She provided some examples using

It covers every piece of land from the western coast, all the way to the Fennwynd, and from the southern deserts, to the snowy forests.in the north." Father Ysha replied. "It hasn't expanded in over a century, though. But one day, Calibeth will conquer the world."

Yeager smiled as he listened to Father Ysha. "Very well put, you strike me as a true patriot. But, a whole century without expansion? You say that one day Calibeth will conquer the world, but that day is clearly not today. Please, tell me why that is."

"Quite simply, our military ended conflicts, in order to better prepare of future fighting." Father Ysha stated. "We need better ships, better weapons and better maps of enemy territory. Things that are hard to build up while also fighting other nations."
