Homer walked over to Robin. "What are you writing?" he asked politely.

"Right, right. Well, a few more questions. Do you know where I could go to learn what's in that direction? Maybe a place where I could get a look of the map of the area?"

Robin snapped the book shut quickly and turned away as Heno and Homer approached. "What?!"

"I just wanted to know what you were writing." Homer said innocently.

"They might have maps of the area up there." the sailor stated.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Just some notes." Robin told Homer.

Jane saw Robin's initial reaction and became intrigued. She sneaked up to him and tried to grab the book.

Robin started levitating the book to keep it away from prying eyes.

Jane frowned, then smacked Robin over the head to disrupt his concentration and have him drop the book.

 

[Chungus]

"Okay", was Timea response, not very satisfied with the answer, having hoped for something more substantial. She didn't show this, however. "Last topic. Do you know where Vesh is, and how to get from here to there?"

"It's due north from here by sea, but you'd have to get a ship from the most northerly parts of the empire to get there."

Robin rubbed his head as the book fell into Homer's hands.

 

[Chungus]

At the mention of the far North, Timea shuddered a little, immediately writing going to Vesh off. "Right. Well, that's all the questions I have. Thank you for your time, and have a nice day." With that, Timea turned around, and began to walk off, mentioning to those following her that they were leaving.

Jane walked over to Homer in an intimidating manner, while he stood and stared at the book in his hands.

"DONT OPEN THAT!" Robin said worried.

"What's wrong bookworm? Not big on sharing?" Jane asked as she snatched the book from Homer and started flipping through pages.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Jane would find notes on spells, tactics, military history, notes on the trip so far, and a giant shipping chart of the group's members with some... explicit details.

"What even IS this?" Jane asked as she looked closely at the shipping chart, trying to make sense of it.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Just some notes on the group. Can I have that back now?" Robin asked warily.
