Homer tore himself away from the robot to look at the wrecked car. Then he moved into the town to see if there were any sources of scrap metal.

"I will do that." Speedy said and began flying upwards, to look for any interesting spots in- or outside the village.

Of course he held his glasses while doing that, so they would not fall off.

"So, what are you, then?" Matilda asked. "And what's your name, too, while we're at it?"

Homer would find absolutely no scrap metal lying around.

Timea did notice the stillness of the water, it not matching the wind stream under her wings. While curious about it, she decided not to investigate over trying to get some sleep, instead adding it to her list of inquiries she had about the waters.

Descending, Timea touched down on the beach, near the cliff face, where she turned into her wildcat form again. She wriggled around in the sand, making a dibhole, and rolled up in that. Blowing a contented sigh through her nostrils, she closed her eyes again.

Aside from door handles and so on, Homer would find no metal on the street of a small fishing village.

After storming off after the argument, Aquamarine stopped at the outskirts of the villiage and sat against a house, looking out at the wilderness. After hearing the bang, she almost ran to see what happened, but decided to stay because of what happened last time.

"Yes Robin, you are very rude. Obviously you should just call her snake lady."

Robin just looked at Topaz bewildered for a second. "...no." He turned to the snake lady. "I'm really sorry about all this. Today has been hectic. If I may have your name?"

"Ah already told that other gal... That wuz another lady, right? Anyway, ah already said Ah'm just a person, same as anyone else." The creature replied to Matilda, Jane's demeanor and manner of speaking making the creature unsure of her gender. "Anyhow, folks just call me Sibylla." The creature said, finally introducing itself. "It's fahne. Don't worry 'bout it." She accepted Robin's apology, but was still clearly not over it.

"So whut's yer name then?" Sibylla asked Topaz. "Nice ta meet y'all too. Ah ain't never met no one from outside town that was friendly b'fore." She replied to Robin.
The snakes atop her head continued their business of keeping an eye on her surroundings, or at least they attempted to, as most were focused on either Topaz or Speedy.

"Homer! Get your butt over here and help me dig a foxhole!" Jane suddenly shouted. Homer was not happy to tear himself away from the eyebot, but he did as he was told and got out his shovel. He and Jane then began to dig.

"Well, yeah, you're a person. But what type of person? I'm a human, for example." Matilda said, to clarify her earlier question. "I'm Matilda, by the way."

After quite a while of digging, the two soldiers had made themselves a respectable hole. "Now for the sandbags." Jane commanded, Homer meekly following along.
