Having slept well, Timea awoke in the twilight hour before dawn. After spending some time shaking off her grogginess while idly licking at the cliff face, she took to the sky and turned into a bird once more. From the air, Timea surveyed the surrounding area, getting a feeling for the lay of the land. While she had good eyesight in the dark, it was excelling in daylight, being able to see clearly up to 2,500m/8,202ft.

After getting a clear enough picture of her surroundings, Timea looked back down to the fishing town to see who was awake. While doing so, she noted the mess her moving around through the town had made of the ground, and thought she didn't envy whoever it would be that had to fix the roads.

After he had rocketed off into the night sky to look at interesting spots, only to realize that it was too dark to spot spots at the ground, a sudden tiredness had befallen Speedy and he had landed on a rooftop, only to fall asleep soon after.

As soon as the sun rose, Speedy rose with it, yawning, stretching his little front legs/arms. He looked at the village, trying to count how many houses it had, and if they all looked the same.

Timea's height and eyesight would allow her to spot a harbour further north, built in a small bay. The most obvious detail signifying this was a harbour would be the boats in and around the area.

Speedy would count around 20 houses, all of which looked approximately the same; small, and primarily made of limestone. There would be nothing special about any of them.

Having decided that meandering off on her own wouldn't be the smartest, and also feeling rather exhausted after her unplanned trip, Sibylla went off near the edge of the village to find the least uncomfortable patch of grass to sleep in that she could. Presently, she was still sleeping in the spot she had found.

After all the work they had done, the two soldiers crashed inside their foxhole. Due to their training, they were up at around dawn.

"Wonder if we can rustle up any food food from the town." Jane said aloud.

"We still have our ration packs." Homer pointed out.

"I'd rather not use those up unless we have to. Not to mention they aren't exactly fine dining in a can." Was Jane's reply, getting her snark on early.

Spotting the harbour in the distance, Timea looked towards the sun and from its position, estimated the harbour was in the north, and this the port city she was told about. Unfamiliar with Kaisir's solar cycles, she wasn't sure if her guess was right, but not seeing any other ports around, figured it was a good bet.

While looking around the village to see if anyone was up and about, she was quick to spot Sibylla laying in the grass, cocking her head slightly upon seeing it. While somewhat surprised by Sibylla's appearance, Timea wasn't nearly as taken aback by it as she was by seeing the two Gems, or Speedy.

Not wanting to head North yet before having her last few questions about the sea answered, Timea flew towards Sibylla's sleeping place to get a closer look, and began descend. In doing so, she caught a whiff of Sibylla's lack of hygiene, now that the winds carried it towards her. With Timea's sense of smell being almost as keen as her eyesight, the smell offended her nostrils enough to make her gag a bit, producing a sound that didn't match her current gull form; and which might be heard by Sibylla or her snake hair.

After Speedy looked at the houses and saw nothing particularily interesting about them, he spotted Homer and Jane in their foxhole.

As loud as he could (which was not very loud) he squeaked "LOUD BANG INCOMING! KEEP YOUR EARS SHUT!"
Then, with a loud bang, he started his jetpack and flew down, on the head of Jane.

"You built yourselves a lair? Very nice, I'm impressed.", he said.

Matilda had found a patch of grass to sleep in, with her bag used as a pillow and her cane on the ground beside her. She slowly woke up as the sun rose, and stretched. "At least this place has a nice, warm sun." she commented, as she got up. When Speedy yelled about the loud bang, Matilda immediately clamped her hands over her ears.

A few people had opened their doors and come out, all with curved swords sheathed on their hips. The first thing they did upon waking up was stare at the damage to the road and surrounding area, wondering how and why someone would do such a thing overnight.

"Now the rat can fly. Great." Jane commented as she looked up at Speedy.

Homer was naturally more interested in the jetpack he had on.

Sibylla's snakes may have paid notice to the odd gagging gull above them, but the loud bang of Speedy's jet-pack sent them into a panicked frenzy once again before they could. Sibylla herself woke up with a shriek at the noise and clumsily climbed back on her feet.

"I'm no rat, I told you already." Speedy said and poked Jane on her nose.
"Anyways, since I don't think you know the way to lair 356, do you have any idea where we could go to find out a way out of here? Or at least find something to eat?"

"No idea about getting out of here, but that village is probably our best bet for a hot meal. Dunno if they'll have anything for you though." Jane replied, resisting the urge to swat Speedy away.

"Uh... what happened to the ground?" a woman asked, looking around at the deep footprints.

"Why shouldn't they? I eat every plant there is (aside from the bad ones). And I'm open to new experiences!"

He looked over to Matilda. "You seem to know things. Do you know why I arrived here? I was going very fast and suddenly I was out of fuel and everything was bigger and I wasn't on the highway any more."

"They must've been really heavy..." the woman said, before sighing. "Any clue what you'll be doing now?"

Matilda didn't react to Speedy's question, not knowing he was addressing her. After nobody else responded, Matilda asked, "Sorry, was that directed at me, Speedy?"

At Speedy's warnings, and finding herself lacking hands to cover her ear channels with, Timea instead had skin grow over them, it muffling the small bang nicely.

When the townsfolk emerged from their homes, and seeing how they reacted to the sight her moving around left the roads, Timea decided to not approach them just yet, opting to wait and see what they would do, and move out anyway should they become antagonistic towards her.

In the mean time, Timea decided to talk to the now-awakened Sibylla. She flew over Sibylla, landing some four metres behind her, and to her right. Landing, she completely sunk into the ground with how her great weight was focused on the gull form's small size, but rose out of the hole again when assuming her default form of a Persian woman.

"Rather the rude awakening, yes?" Timea called out as she approached Sibylla, breathing to her mouth to alleviate the assault on her nostrils.

"I don't know. We are in a harbour town, correct? We could chart a boat, head out, but I know not where..." Robin seemed lost in thought.

"Oh sorry, yes, the question was directed at you, ... Matilda. I hope I got the name right. I get confused with names, you know."
