Speedy first thought: Books, awesome! Then he noticed the woman. He looked at her for a while, then said:
"Hello! I'm Speedy! Are you using this magic thingy?"

Anik had completely held herself back when the talk with the robits happened. She did not trust them, was glad that Robin did not give them the orb. She did not say anything, but after the talk, it might have been around the time when Sallys arm was broken.

"Mercenary companies keep our merchant ships safe from pirates." Amna continued, clarifying the refugee's statement.

The woman yelped, startled by the talking not-rat suddenly appearing next to her. When she calmed down, she nodded. "Y-yes."

[color=446ccf]"There's a lot of ways to make money, with what some might consider to be lax morals. Gambling, con artistry, drug sales, smuggling, prostitution..."[/color] Rebecca said, fairly casually.

"Iz that whut we wuz still doin'? Runnin' frum whutever that wuz? Ah fergot." Sibylla dumbly replied to Hillary. Turning her attention back to the house, she pointed inside and commented, "Whup, people in there. They ain't movin' much."

"That's awesome!" Speedy said to the woman, "I did not know you could make fire with it. But is that not not allowed here? No worries, I won't tell anyone!
How do you make the fire? Do you have fuel for that?"

It took a second for Robin to wrap his head around it, but once he figured it out he nodded. "Right. You think this one has a controller too?"

"Ah, I apologize. Where I'm from a few of the mercenary guilds have taken to more... unsavory jobs as of late. In this case, it would be like your mercenary companies."

 

[Wackymon]

Sally sighed, "Sorry. Just... Get a little paranoid. Last time I ran into it it knocked me down, which was understandable. Just that... Well, I don't trust AIs. Never have. They think, and we don't understand them. They can become better than us, if they want- But can also become just as hostile. They code can deteriorate into madness... Sorry." she said.
She looks to Robin, "I wouldn't be with Mochan- I'd describe it as more a created inteligence made from that style of thing. Imagine magicing up inteligence, instead of fireballs. Or simulating a brain with fireballs."

Most of the refugees expressed some interest in joining Yeager's proposed company, but a couple of them refused. Amna was among them, since he was already part of the military.

"Outside of this city, it's illegal. But behind these walls, we study it." the woman replied, glancing out of the window towards the wall separating the northern ward from the rest of Vala. "The fire has no fuel. I just focus on creating a flame, and it appears."

 

[Drakmorg]

Cybil called Sally a moron once again before going back to teaching Anik. Afterwards she would do nothing for quite a while since nobody liked her and would want to be around her in any way.

 

[Furioso]

To those leaving, Yeager said: "Regrettable, but understandable. Good luck in your futures." and allowed them to leave.

Once they had left, Yeager turned to the remaining group. "Now then, who's ready to get started?"

 

[Wackymon]

Sally sighed at Cybil, and looked to Mochan, "I know what I know, and what I know is that one can make technology small enough to fit an entire brain." she said, Now I have to help Anik."

After the training was done, Sally would lay down, make a fire, and feed everyone some nuka-cola and cooked brahmin steaks. Afterwords, she would head north, to see what the city held there.

"Awesome! But using no fuel is weird. You are weird. But I like you. I'm weird, too!
Do you know anything that is good as a power source, here? I need one, because I'm running out of fuel!" Speedy talked further, glancing to the books in the library some times.

You glance at Rebecca for a moment before shaking your head. You then tell Alain that you've personally traded and hunted bounties to earn money. [color=0066cc]"But without a ship or cart, trading is difficult. We might have more luck as bounty hunters or caravan guards, if any such jobs are available."[/color]

The remaining people said they were ready to start whenever.

"Well, it depends what you need the fuel for." the woman replied. "There's firewood, somewhere around here."

Sally would see that the northern part of the city was pretty much the same as the rest, with burned vegetation and furniture, empty homes and some rubble.

[color=446ccf]"I prefer not to get my hands dirty when it comes to violence, unless I absolutely have to."[/color] Rebecca said. [color=446ccf]"And really, half of what I proposed was just some form of trading."[/color]

 

[Wackymon]

Sally looked for what the group refered to as "The Temple" that collapsed on the gate. If she found nothing, she would search the rest of the town while everyone ate.

 

[Furioso]

Yeager would lead his group into the room with the open tunnel, adding "I had a... heavier friend in here, who stepped on this spot and broke through to some... cave system below. I do not know why it was boarded up, but I have explored it, and it will make a perfect place to train. Follow me." he said as he headed below.

 

[Silence]

"Nonono, that will not do. Do you have anything that makes explosions?" Speedy said.

After coming up with some plans and tests for Ultron should they meet him again, Robin followed Sally around the city, scanning the areas for survivors, signs of what happened and what was left of the Temple.

Yeager's new mooks followed him into the tunnels, curiously.

"I can make explosions, if I try." the woman replied.

Robin and Sally would find the rubble that was once the temple, lying in the cave underneath the city. Robin may realise that the rubble Homer had found the bodies under came from the blade of the building. They would also find no signs of any survivors.
