Cybil had gone along with Robin and Sally, mostly because she figured it was just a matter of time until Sally went completely ape-shit berserk again and she didn't want anyone to be alone around her when that happened. Since Cybil was well and fully aware that Jane completely hated her guts, she opted to not be the first person to speak to her when they came across her randomly in the ruins.

"I'm fine." Jane said quickly as she looked away from Robin and rubbed her eyes with the back of a gloved hand. "I'm gonna kill the animals that did this." she says bitterly.

If Robin looked into the rubble he might see the remnants of burnt and withered flowers.

Sally stood by Jane.
"We shouldn't hold onto our hate. Those who caused this will suffer, but not because of our hate, but because they brought pain to everyone."

Robin noticed the burned flowers, putting two and two together, then looked Jane in the eye. "We'll find them. They might be the ones behind this sun business too."

Robin was surprised to see the cold Jane react like that. He put a hand on Cybil's shoulder, trying to steer her away a bit. "We should get out of here."

Sally called to Matilda, "It means, why kill them because you hate them, when you can kill them because they killed a thousand others. Surprisingly simple ethos- One of the main reason I'm still alive."

"Homer found some bodies. They were slashed, by claw and sword." Robin told Cybil. "Someone came here and ensured there were no survivors."

[color=9f2089]"Yeah I know I was there. It was nasty."[/color] Cybil replied to Robin with a shiver. [color=9f2089]"What I'm saying is, where's your evidence for that claim? We have no idea when those two events happened in relation to one another."[/color]

"From what I saw, it looked like they were trying to escape the rubble when they were cut down. And I doubt we were the first ones to investigate this place. Guards and looters must have arrived here before we did."

[color=9f2089]"Well, no. That just doesn't make any sense. They were buried in the rubble. How could they have been escaping when they were killed?"[/color] Cybil pointed out to Robin.

"Fair point. Perhaps the building fell afterwards. This place may not be stable." He was quiet for a second. "I admit, blaming someone for all this might be wrong. We should not be seeking vengeance. Regardless of who or what did this, if there even is a who behind it, we all want to make sure this doesn't happen again. Finding a person to blame helps focus that, gives people drive. It's how the mind works. When we get out of here and the immediate reaction subsides, perhaps then we can focus on finding the actual cause.
