Topaz returned to Robin and told him about the tracks to the North and West gates, as Kirke explained.
"You seemed to be having trouble." Robin said to Homer. He turned to Topaz as the Gem talked about the tracks and what he found. "Good work. We've got somewhere to head now." He looked to Anik. "I meant sensing magic, but not sensing anything... That's disturbing..."
Northern road - 14:21 PM
As it angrily walked along with big strides, Ultron I thought if it could frame the group for the attack on the palace, but couldn't think of a way to make that stick. After this, Ultron's thought returned to it needing to take care of the problem itself, going from that to thinking the job of keeping the realm safe should really be in the hands of machines controlled by itself with how the guard acted.
It took some fifteen minutes of angrily walking forwards, but eventually, Ultron had calmed its temper. Having its drones pick it up, Ultron began flying further north, and looked into signals going out, to see if the white noise became any clearer as it went, not expecting much of it. It also kept watch of how much time had passed on its host body's internal clock

Timea didn't say anything further, keeping quiet as she made her way to the spot she had buried the shark. On the way, she noted the river having dried up, and locked towards the dry banks, blowing another heavy sigh. She hoped the lack of river water was the result of a sinkhole opening up, and not the world falling apart around her, and opted to investigate later.
"Well, I don't know if I really can sense magic ... but yes, I could not sense anything about them.
... How old were these tracks? Could they have been made by the same things?" Anik asked, not feeling better about the new information.

Meanwhile, in the Desert:
I am awake.
I am blind.
The sun is gone from the sky. I awake in sand, unable to move, hearing little more than the footsteps of a wanderer pass.
So I sit here in the sand. I begin to move, my joins slowly creaking under the first movement in time innumerable.
It stood up, looking into the void of the night.
It sent a light out into the sky, to signal it was there.
And it sat down. And waited to be found, booting down most non-vital signals until it could get more help.

Due to the fact that earthquakes didn't happen in this world, the vibrations made the people of Vala who noticed them feel slightly nervous.

As Ultron flew north, he would feel the signals getting slightly stronger, suggesting he was nearing the source. As he approached the city of Meltha, northeast of Vala, he would get to a point where the signals were clear, due to the phones transmitting them being in range.

Approaching Meltha, Ultron slowed down, looking towards the city.

After digging up the shark, having Sibylla eat her fill, and burying it again, Timea requested that Hillary and Sibylla would keep themselves busy, as she wanted to be alone for a while. Leaving, though staying in a place where she could keep an eye on them and get over in case that was necessary, Timea laid herself down on the sand, and stared up at the sky.
This lasted for half an hour, after which Timea stood up again, and began walking along the river bank, looking down to it to see if there were any clues as to where the water had gone.

Matilda and Mochán followed Robin to the west gate.

Ultron would likely assume Rebecca was from a more modern society, due to the fact that she was wearing clothes Ultron would be familiar with.

Ultron would likely assume Rebecca was from a more modern society, due to the fact that she was wearing clothes Ultron would be familiar with.

Eight minutes after searching, and unable to find anything that would clue her in on what happened to the river water, Timea sat down at the bank, opting to ask about the matter later.
Roughly an hour later, she had enough of an emotional recharge to go back to Hillary and Sibylla. They would spend three hours doing exercises, consisting of running around, climbing up and down the mountain, and moving around at a jogging pace while carrying stones that were laying around on the plateau.
Although still not sure if Hillary would benefit from it, Timea had Hillary join in, solely so she wouldn't feel left out. After this, Timea gave the two some self-defence lessons. Knowing no martial arts, this would mainly focus on alertness and improving reaction time, tackles and constricting, and hitting where it would hurt to facilitate a chance to escape. For obvious reasons, getting these lessons across to Sibylla proved troublesome.
After this, Timea dug up the shark again, and ate with Sibylla. Timea noted the carcass started to enter early stages of decomposition, and estimated that it would be edible for just one more day. To get the most of it, Timea ate more than she would normally, leaving the shark 60% eaten. Burying the carcass again after the meal near the mountain, this time, and burying the man's corpse in a different hole, Timea moved back up to the plateau to sleep. She wouldn't sleep very soundly.
Western desert - Day 3: 09:40 AM
Timea was awake, and sat at the edge of the plateau, carving a piece of rock with a taloned finger, the talon slicing through the rock with barely any resistance given.

Initially, Ultron looked over Shara, Rebecca and Alain as it looked to the city. Noting how out-of-place the latter two looked, however, it looked back down to the trio.

You hear something mechanical moving behind you, and you turn around to see several robotic figures jogging towards you. You glance at Alain and Rebecca and quietly ask them to let you do the talking. When the robot speaks, you reply with a level but cautious voice; "Obviously. There isn't much else around here." As you speak you look the robots over, hoping to hell that they aren't hostile. If they are, you consider darkly, you'll likely be dead before you can draw your sword.
