"But what do they look like Timea?" Hillary asked, feeling like Timea started a story but stopped abruptly half way through it, obviously feeling a bit trolled by this. When Anik explained unicorns more properly, and mentioned how they looked quite a bit like horses, Hillary thought back to the time Timea had nommed a horse back in Meltha. "I think I did? Timea you've eaten a horse before, right? I don't think it was white, so it probably wasn't one of these unicorns."

"But you should learn some better songs, like the one about Dan and the Magic Butter Tree! That one's a good one." Hillary replied to Anik once she was done with her talk about violent children's songs, having rememebered one song herself.

Rebecca nodded, and led Yeager over to a table that one of the guards had brought out after the commotion was over. She then took out her handgun, and began disassembling it, laying out all the parts on the table and explaining how they all worked together. [color=446ccf]"This is just one type of firearm. "I see... Do you know who saw this things employer? And if there are any other employees that might cause trouble?" the guard asked.

Pelenna Area - Day 7 - 06:51​

Timea opened her mouth, about to explain what a unicorn looked like, when Anik beat her to it. "No, that was just a normal horse. A unicorn typically is a fair amount large than most horses, but the biggest tell-tale is their long, single horn on their head, about the length of my forearm. Their name refers to this horn: Uni means single, in a different language. And corn comes from cornu, meaning horn", she added, pronouncing uni as "oo-nee", and "cornu" as "kor-noo".

She listened to Anik's retelling, but said nothing on it. When Hillary spoke, however, she cheerily said, "Oh? Well, let's hear it?"

Pelenna Area - Day 7 - 06:51

"Yes, Hillary, let's hear it. I want to learn it!" Anik said, and smiled towards Hillary.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"The employer seems to be some red lizard creature. I don't think it's a Vesh'Rah." Robin told them. "And they've sent other minions before, so I doubt this one is the last."

 

[Furioso]

"Very nice, how, or vhat, does it fire?" asked Yeager, curious about the bullets.

"As big as your arm!?" Hillary gasped, looking up to Timea's arm shocked something would have such a big thing on its forehead. "They'd have to be careful they don't knock anything over with that being so big!" Hillary giggled.

"But um... let's see." Hillary said as she gathered herself and took a deep breath.

Dan and the Magic Butter Tree followed the story of Dan, a boy who was playing with his friends when they found a hurt traveler on a field. The other kids didn't wanna help at first, but Dan convinced them otherwise, and after being told of a Magic Butter tree the trio of friends went off to quickly get some. Along the way they met up with other animals that needed help in various situations, and all needed a fruit from the same tree. Dan and his friends worked with the animals to help get the fruits they needed, and as they went back they gave a fruit to each animal that had helped them get passed a problem along the way, until they got back to the traveler. When the traveler was made well by the fruit, everyone celebrated and had a party.

The story was still in a musical tone, and rather simplistic but had a very upbeat melody. A couple of times Hillary had to stop and retry a line or two to get going, but she was able to sing pretty much the entire thing on her own. "So how was that?~" She asked when she was finished.

"That was beautiful!" Anik exclaimed. "But so long! How did you remember all of that? That is impressive."

If she was not unsure how Hillary and her body would react, Anik would now have taken her into her arms, to hug her. "I think helping people is so much more important ... ahh, I'm rambling again. Would you teach me to sing this song, Hillary? I could not remember all the lyrics, but I want to learn!"

She began trying to mimic what she had heard, singing the first three lines before being unsure about text and melody. "How does it go now?" she asked.

While keeping her eyes on the sky, Timea listened closely to Hillary's melodic story telling. Not caring about objective quality, Timea instead appreciated about the heart Hillary put in to it, the energy with which it was delivered putting a smile on her face. "Ooh! Very nice, Hillary~!" she said with a laugh.

After the singing of her companions, Timea felt like producing a melody, herself. But as Anik asked to be taught the song, resigned herself to humming a soft tune.

Hillary would most likely be semi compacted dirt at the moment, which would give somewhat to Anik's picking up and hugging, but she'd still keep her form nor would show any distress from being lifted. Hillary however would give Anik a big hug as well, her heart fluttering with happy thoughts with the physical embrace. "Mom sings that to me lots of times when I was littler so I know it really good." Hillary revealed. Although the song was pretty long, the melody to it was fairly regular, having about 5ish lines before it would loop with different lyrics, aside from the first and last parts which had a different structure. "Thank you Timea~" Hillary said, moving her head so an eye could see Timea's smiling face.

"Okay, but you gotta sing with me too~" Hillary said happily as she started singing it again while still being held by Anik. She'd go slightly slower for Anik, but it wouldn't take too long for Anik to pick up the melody, and soon the lyrics too.

It was worth noting that there was a grogle in this song, but also a creature called a Pang-pan and a flutterdoo, the pang-pan seemed to be a sort of otter creature from its description in the story, and a flutterdoo a kind of luminous bug.

Anik sang along Hillary, picking up on the structure of the song after just a little bit. Finding the names of the slime animal quite well, she needed a little bit of concentration keeping herself from laughing when she sang the names out loud.

Singing alongside Hillary made Anik incredibly happy, and she forgot about the world for the time being.

After they were done, she exclaimed: "I love it! We should sing it more often, so I can remember every animal Dan meets."

Hearing Timea hum, she listened for a bit, then said: "Do you know a tune as well, Timea? The melody does also sound quite beautiful ... I'm calling everything beautiful right now! I need to think of a new word!" she laughed. "Anyways, yes, what is it you are humming? Does it have lyrics?"

 

[Demonjazz]

A swirling blue portal of mystical energy opened up behind Robin, the soft noises of boots crunching the snow below them was heard. Before Robin could turn his head, a loud TWANG was let loose. The familiar sound of crossbow going off, the bolt arced over Robin, and hit a large bird in a tree above him... The bird comically landed on top of Robin's head making him look like he was wearing a large Indian Headdress.
As the light from the portal dissipated, the group could better see the man approaching them. Some of the group might notice that the figure looked rather familiar especially his spray-painted green iron breastplate, being worn over a modern U.S military uniform. The other more immediately noticeable thing about him was that he was covered in blood from head to toe. Although he looked slightly different than when the group lost some him, adding a small ornate red cloak, a two-handed long-sword with a solid red blade at his side, and a large iron helmet with a crystal set in the middle.
He quickly took his helmet off, and threw it towards the ground, and ran over towards them with a happy smile on his face. Those that remember him from their brief encounter might notice that his hair grew noticeably longer, and his face grew a substantial stubble.
"Hey! It's you guys! I remember you guys! Especially you!" He said shouting towards Robin. "Yeah! I gave you a pamphlet!" He took the bird off of the shocked Robin's head, and with a great tug pulled out the bolt. "Sorry about that. But these things are good eating, and I don't pass up a good meal often.

"oh it's a good herd member.....ummmmm." Beak paused realizing he didn't know who this man was or at least didn't recognize him.

"never make her angry again." The Doctor said as he woke up with a splitting headache. He then looked over at all the carnage "looks like I missed the usual." he said to himself as he got up.

Robin looked to the man walking out of the portal, taking the bird off his head. "Um... I believe this is yours." he said, too shocked to do much else.

 

[Demonjazz]

The man looked over towards Beak, seeing the animal's confusion he saluted and said. "Lieutenant Apollo Richards Mctaggart is glad to make your acquaintance... Dinosaur."
Apollo took the bird, and looked it over for a bit. "Say, how much white meat do you think is on this thing?"

 

[Drakmorg]

Cybil, upon seeing the newest obvious psychopath show up, sighed heavily. [color=9f2089]"I hate this place."[/color] She took out the cake she had been given and just started shoveling chunks of pastry into her mouth with her bare hands. [color=9f2089]"I hate every single last one of you."[/color] She continued, her mouth still half full. [color=9f2089]"Coming here was the absolute worst decision of my entire life."[/color] She paused to take another bite. [color=9f2089]"I regret all of this, and am far worse off for coming here."[/color]

Beak listen in on Cybil entire conversation and asked "do you at least like the cake?" Beak said sadly to her.

The Doctor walked up to Robin "I have so many questions right now." He asked still rubbing his head.

"that's what he gets for taking too long." Devil dinosaur said to a little girl is his throne room. "I guess it's your turn cutie."

"okey-dokey" she said as she walked off "These people are shaping up to be my best pets ever."

Robin looked to Cybil, noticing her down mood. "I'm sorry about all this..."

Robin looked to Beak, then the Doctor. "You two alright?"

Apollo quickly got his helmet back on, and walked over to the distraught Cybil, about to put a counseling hand on her shoulder, but then thought better of it when he saw the amount of blood on his gloves. "The world may seem a bit down at times. Like everybody is insane, and as if it's controlled by demons... And you know what helps me when I feel down. Thinking about our Commander, and Chief in Hell, Doomguy. The thought of one man being able to make such a difference in the world... With a shotgun. It just inspires you, you know." He took off a glove and handed Cybil an oddly pristine pamphlet from within his blood soaked clothes. "I also feel much better, when not covered in blood! Does know where a bathroom I can use is?!"
