When Cybil made her way up the mountainside path, she would pass by groups of people returning to the city. A few stragglers would be leaving when she arrived at the building, indicating the meeting was over, or at least no longer open to the public.

"I'm not an expert on blood stains..." Robin replied to Apollo, then saw Cybil heading back to the council meeting. "You want to come with us for a while?" he asked Doomguy's disciple.

"It's over now, yes. They've decided against attacking, but they will be investigating the claims of Calibethan technological advancement, as a precaution." the person Cybil had addressed stated. "They also debated sending ambassadors there, but it might not be safe to do that."

Apollo looked down at the shredded remains of his pamphlet with the look a child would give a treasured drawing thrown away by its parents. A mixture of scorn, sadness, and resentment. He gathered up the remains of his pamphlet and looked at them sadly.
"You know! You could have at least waited until I left to do that... Or at least not torn it apart. These things cost money, you know, and effort. I spent all night doing these one day. Carefully folding, and stapling each pamphlet until I was done... All the pictures were taken by me, and the cover is photograph of a much larger hand-painted canvas done by myself." He said with obvious remorse in his voice and a single sniffle.

The song as a slow piece, taking Timea some five minutes to finish singing, and frequently featured vibrato expressions. It wasn't performed song especially well, however, with Timea striking wrong notes fairly frequently.
After finishing, Timea let out a small sigh.

Anik listened intently. She was noticing that some notes did not seem to hit correctly, but she was nonetheless impressed, especially by the vibrato expressions.
"Impressive." Anik said, after waiting for a few moments, to let the mood of the song trail off. "I won't pretend like I understood anything of that, but ... it was a very beautiful song. The style, not familiar to me at all. How did you learn it? ... Especially this ... switching between one note and another.

"Thank you", Timea said happily upon being complimented. "I heard it once, performed by musicians in a tea house. I don't usually stay in one place for very long when visiting cities, but the music, it just drew me in. I stopped, and listened carefully. Since then, I sing it to myself, every so often", Timea explained, then let out a short laugh. "Honestly, the lyrics don't mean much to me, so I could never deliver it as beautifully as those musicians did, who put such heart-full passion behind the words."

"Well, like I said, I do think I can claim to have a good memory", Timea responded, sounding a bit bashful. "There were instruments, yes. But not many, the singing was the main focus of the piece. What instruments there were, produced a variation of the same sound, if that makes sense?
Either way, if you want to explore music a bit more, maybe make some yourself? Take your feelings, and put this to song."

"Maybe I could do it, but I know nothing about rhymes, or what else is needed for a song. I would just need to go by my own feelings ... heh, I guess that's what you mean, anyways. I think I will think about this, when I have time. Thank you for the suggestion, it should be a good pastime."

"Now, back on the topic of the lights. I can't see any noticeable pattern in what is shown, all the scenes look completely random. Something more focused, however, may possibly be seen where the lights converge. There is one such point where this happens, nearby, across the lake we're by. Going around it would take a while, however, so maybe you should try walking? If the ice turns out to be too hot for you to cross, then we can moving around it, instead."
